Perfect. Has it all. Clean, quiet, comfy bed, large shower, clean and quiet air conditioning, great staff kind and considerate, small swimming pool, great location, next to the temple of Diana. And all this for a very little price.

The location for this space is wonderful. It's basically in the heart of Merida which means it's about a 10 minute walk (max) to get anywhere. The facilities at the hotel were also lovely. The room itself was a little bare-bones but not in a bad way, it just felt clean and open. The absolute best part though was the pool. Even though it's small it's an absolute must in the Spanish summer heat (as is the air conditioner in the room). As a single woman I felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were all very lovely and accomodating even with my limited Spanish.

There wasn't a hairdryer in the room which would have been nice. But apart from that I have very little complaints.

Location of hotel was great, in the centre Hotel was very clean and well maintained

We liked the location, very close to main attractions. Room was comfortable, good size bathroom, big closet.

We tried to watch a little bit of TV to wind down but didn’t work properly.

The location is excellent, 1 minute walking to the Temple of Diana. The staff was very friendly and helpful towards our requests. The hotel overall met my needs and I am generally happy with it.

My room had two minor problems: one is noise. You can clearly hear people talking out in the street. It is poorly isolated. Also, the rooms are poorly heated: there is an A/C machine that you can set it to heat, but the bathroom is out of its range of course.
