The size of the apartments were very generous. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were so kind and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable.

Close to beach, creek and value for money

Really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, walk to the beach, canoe along Boambee creek or hang by the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy.

The staff were pleasant and the location was beautiful.

Facilities were meh. Also, it would be better to have clearer instructions on how to access equipment. I ended up paying to canoe on the river, not realising it's free for guests of the resort.

Everything you need in one place, from dining to activities. if there is anything that you did need like groceries or shopping, it is a very short drive to town or the beach.

Our washer/dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes but we stayed multiple nights so we’re able to hang clothes over furniture.

The bed was hard as a rock. The sofa sagged in the centre. We were nowhere near the actual "resort". Our friends were allocated a villa which overlooked the pool and the tennis court. We were given an upstairs apartment that overlooked the carpark and the undercover carpark entry was directly below us. Constant noise of traffic and loud voices from staff and other guests

The facilities were great.

Check in starts too late. The pool was shut 2 of the 4 days we were there. The reception hours are too short. We wanted to go to the sauna just after 5pm but because the only access keys were at reception we couldn't go.

A great place for kids. The heated pool and spa were greatly appreciated

The cafe and restaurant could have been open more. Having to answer all these questions is annoying.

The view of our room is the parking near the reception which is no view. constant hear people push trolley or Bin at night when we sleep, very noisy outside our bed room. too warm is the room. we have to keep the fan on all the time, too cold to turn on the air condition. It's pity we don't have the balcony.

Location was fantastic as were the outdoor facilities.

Old and dated in our 1-bedroom unit. Super uncomfortable furniture and the unit was freezing. The heating was so uncomfortable to have on that it just made an inside night horrible.

Beds r a bit uncomfortable. I bought up a topper as last time the bed wasn’t good. I tried the pull out for an afternoon nap. Definitely couldn’t sleep on that.
