The location was great - Tapovan is a nice place to stay. It’s close to all the amenities we wanted to use like white water rafting, yoga and good cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were really nice too - friendly and helpful. It was clean, warm and the bed was really comfortable! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.
They also have spa and stream/sauna and a beautiful, equipped yoga shala for guests to use. I loved practicing here!

I had an incredible stay at Holy River Hotel! The front desk staff were extremely helpful in providing recommendations for activities and scheduling. The breakfast was pretty great as well! The room I had was nice, clean, and spacious. The hotel also helped organize airport pickup and drop-off! While I didn't use the gym, spa, or yoga hall services, they also looked quite solid! Will highly recommend Holy River Hotel to friends and family who plan on visiting Rishikesh!
The walls are somewhat thin, so you can hear what's going on in the hallways next to your room. The shower also takes quite a bit of time to heat up. Both of these I found were minor nuisances and not extreme concerns.

The first impression one would get is the amazing charm of the great Himalayas in front of you. However, underlying this hides even more amazing is the warmth and honesty of the people. The place and the people both are amazing.
We don't really have any complain but since it was asked, I must confess that we got an upgrade due to some hiccups in the booking systems.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is close to all attractions and eateries. Also easily accessible by local transport
The bed was a bit too soft, however that is my personal preference
Having basic tv channels especially if you are travelling with kids is a plus

Location is near to Lakhsman Jhula and walkable.Autos are easily available for Ram jhula.From our room we had a view of the Ganga and Illuminated Ram jhula.

The location is great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved having access to the yoga shala on the top of the building.
Would have loved a second key as two of us where in the room. They were never able to provided us with one which just made tthis more complicated than necessary.

Located near Laxman Jhula so approachable from Ram Jhula as well.
It doesn’t give you clear Ganga view except for the few rooms.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good room, clean, and we had a room where it was quiet during the night. Nice buffet breakfast.

A small suggestion-Don’t order biryani if you have tasted authentic biryani .That’s the case I have observed in north india.

got a free upgrade to premium room but still seemed small. I had to wonder how small deluxe was. window blind was little weird. it still let light in another direction if closed from one side

Location is excellent. Room is very clean. Bathroom is great (water pressure and hot water). Excellent wifi.
Window completely isolates noise from the streets but locked. Upon request it was opened (unlocked). Partial view of the Ganga and surroundings from our window.

propert was decent .. rooms nice n clean .. food was awesome .. finding good food in Rishikesh was bit troublesome .. holy river saved the day .. courteous staff .. good gym .. all was well organised
