what I didn’t like was our first floor room had sand flies ,cockroaches and AC not efficient

The views on the property are amazing. I loved the hammocks, and the infinity pools. The staff was overall very nice and helpful! I liked the activities, would have liked more night time activities as well!

This felt like the least inclusive “all inclusive” resort we have stayed at. If you are comparing to Cancun- don’t. We had to wait to sign for checks at meals, etc. (even though it was included, it showed how much the total would be so you can add a tip). Also just overall general confusion as to where to go for things (half the included restaurants are a shuttle away). There’s also a shortage of beach chairs and umbrellas by all of the pools- could use more of those. Lastly- never visited a beach, it’s hard to get to one (they’re a $50USD taxi away) but that isn’t the properties fault- I just wish there was a shuttle to the beach :)

The pools were warm and lots of them. Food was fabulous! Gorgeous views! very luxurious!

No chairs left by 8am. There were signs on every chair to say do not reserve chairs. But everyone did. I will not go back for this reason alone!

service was very bad and not helpful. most of the staff are not educated in English to speak to the majority of their clientele. The all-inclusive brings in a certain level of clientele, which I am not a fan of. Waiting on service to get a drink or food was entirely too long.

beautiful stay and I love the garden view room we stayed in since we were able to walk right to the pool.

The bedrooms were hot at night and the resort has a lot of incline walk so you just need to be prepared for that. also biggest complaint is “all inclusive” isn’t all inclusive there. you still have to pay partial for room service and certain little things at each restaurant if you want that specific item on the menu

I loved everything about Hacienda Encantada. Upon arrival I was given an upgrade that I did not expect. And it was at no additional cost! Our host Omar was incredible in that he made booking transportation easy and tended to everything we needed. Gerardo is an amazing bartender and fun guy to talk to in the lobby bar. I have to give a special thanks to Flor who was our maid. She kept our room very clean and even set up a nice birthday surprise fir my fiancé. I plan on staying at this resort again on my next visit to Cabo!

The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was booking transportation late at night to go to El Squid Row. Uber/Lyft drivers are not allowed into the resort after 10pm and usually the lobby is empty by that time which makes it hard to book a taxi.

We did not eat breakfast or lunch i or diner there we were out but the little we were there one of the worse services I’ve had at the bar area by the pool would not stay there again but facilities are very nice just the service killed it for us

Service

Lovely landscaping. Very clean and well kept rooms with modern upgrades. The bed was very comfortable. And the decor in our room and our friends room was very nice! The adult pool was set on the cliff and absolutely breathtaking. We didn’t know that the pool existed until the second day. But spent a lot of time there after that. The loungers overlooking the ocean were amazing! The breakfast restaurant was very very good. And our taco experience was good Friday evening but there was barely any dessert to choose from. The Italian restaurant was just so so.

The property was wonderful. The service was pretty poor everywhere, with the exception of Rigo at the adult pool. He worked really hard all day to serve us in a timely manner. This was not the experience at the other pool bars or restaurants. We also were quite annoyed with having to sign a check after EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Doesn’t make sense if you’re wearing the all inclusive bracelet. They need a better system. We’ve stayed at other all inclusive restaurants and not had to do that.

Poor service, Scam, they invite you to a "presentation" and then they try to sell you vacation plans. They scamed us and we spend our whole holidays asking to cancel their fake contract and get the money back. Ruined our stay.

The food was outstanding. Good variety on menu. Great value for this highly rated resorts.staff was great and the swim up pool was the best part The italian restaurant had good pizza and salads. The rooms are huge and the AC works great. Twice a day maid service and extra cleaning due to COVID.

Since it was partially opened and there was reduce staff for getting around the resort. There are a lot of hills. We loved it as we need the exercise. Only 2 of the 9 restaurants were open all were outside. it is a little hot this time of year to be outside eating with the sun in your face. Due to COVID no inside seating. Also hour are shortened and not ice cream at the main restaurant. They made uo for this by giving us a great price for our booking. No smart TV for net flix Signing each time for every bottle of water drink or food items was a nucenes . I understand why but there has to be a better way with technology.
