Great location. The property is located in Setúbal old town and all main spots are at walking distance. There is no parking in front of the property but it is possible to load and unload there, so not a major issue (be prepared to only find paid parking intown).

1. Smelly toilet: The bathroom had a horrible smell all the time (it smelled like a dirty public toilet) 2. Missing adequate items in kitchen: Although there was a kitchen there, and this was one of the reasons that made us choose the place, there were only two huge pans for cooking (I wanted to cook some rice for 3 people and I only had a huge pan). One of the pans was so old that it was loosing tiny bits of the material from the inside. I have asked for some extra cloths for the kitchen as I was staying 10 days and I was only given one. 3. Not clear in advert that refills are not included: They have offered toilet paper and dish soap - when I asked for a refil I was told they wouldn't give it to me (it should be clear on the advert that this is not included - I never stayed in a place where I had to buy dish soap or toilet paper). 4. Delivery of the keys at arrival: We sent some texts and phoned on the day of the arrival to sort out the meeting to get the keys. They took ages to answer us - no response to text messages. First I was told one person would be at the porperty and then another. When we arrived there was no one waiting for us. They have given the key to our room to other guests and we all stayed there waiting ages for them to come back with the correct keys. And I had a baby with me and advise them of that in advance 5. Saying this, I think it was too expensive for what it was offered. Even given the good location.

Communication with the host was very good. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the old town with easy access to everything. The flat has a private courtyard so you can sit outside. It has everything you need for self-catering. My only comment is that I was there for 12 nights and the wardrobe only took shirt length items, there are a few hooks on the wall which I used and just laid things on chairs! Shower was nice and hot and everything worked.

Sado Blue was right in the town centre, easy access to everything.

It was very spacious. Very comfortable and relaxing. The apartment is really nice just like it shown in the pictures.

It can be very loud in the apartment as there is no noise isolation in most Portuguese apartments at all, especially you are staying in the old Town, but one would bare that in mind before booking is made. Oh, and since covid I guess, most apartment hosts do not tidy and clean your room during your stay nor provide more toilet paper. We didn't know in advance, so it was a bit inconvenient but we can live with it.

I travelled with my family and I booked an apartment with terrace but when we checked in we found out that the air conditioning was not working and for us it was very important as our 8 months old daughter needed a warm environment. The manager on duty couldn't fix the air conditioning and gave us another apartment without terrace which was cheaper ensuring that we would receive the price difference soon. After a week we left the apartment she informed us that they couldn't refund us because the air-conditioning was actually working...BAsically I paid for a service that we didn't use..very unprofessional.

The apartment need one more closet, the red one is not enough for 2 adults and 2 children And also I recommend change the dinner table by a folding table to make the most of the dining space
