Buffet breakfast but due to restrictions you lined up at safe distance and pointed to what your required and it was ated for you. Nce pool and if you wanted to sit by Lake loungers supplied.

Broken toilet seat on arrival so concerned whether room had been properly serviced. Took a polite request for this to be sorted and a demand as nothingbeen done 3 hourslater and it was replaced.

Breakfast was very good, good selection and very efficient service system at the buffet due to COVID situation. Staff was very friendly. Location close to the lake but also to the road.

The room was very basic and the bed downright uncomfortable. For the one night it was okay but wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. Windows are poorly insulated which means you get a lot of noise from the road and other guests sitting on the terrace at night.

Beautiful and modern (recently renovated) hotel on the shore of the lake, so views are stunning and the reason we opted for a comfort room (lake view and balcony) which was perfect for our romantic trip. Amenities are modern and new, room and bathroom sparkling clean. Looked better than photos. Room a bit small, but hearing the waves all the time and seeing Limone lighted at night from our bed was an awesome experience. Breakfast was one of the best we ever had (omelet, traditional Italian cold cuts and lots of quality cakes and pastries) and views from restaurant in the morning are perfect. Great Italian coffee. Parking is big enough. Staff is nice enough and helpful. Pool area looked nice - in summer it's probably a big plus. We did not use it in May, but they did opened it 1st of May just as it says on the their site. Hotel is best for couples, relaxing, romantic trips and perfect views of the lake (but do book a comfort room, because standard rooms face the back of the hotel and have no lake view). We were more than satisfied by our choice and would come back again.

A bit far from Malcesine (40-50 min walk, 3 min by car), but we loved the beautiful walk and we came by car...so it wasn't a problem for us. The shore of the lake and the beach are in front of the hotel, but separated by the main road, so it's quite noisy from traffic, especially in the morning if you like to sleep late. Hotel has a restaurant, but it only serves breakfast and dinner. Moreover, dinner has to be chosen from a fixed menu in the morning (at breakfast) so when we arrived in the evening on the first day we could not eat at the hotel. Considering that this hotel is quite isolated and that there aren't other restaurants in the area (first is 10 min walk and not very good) I think that they should inform about this issue at booking. If we had known about this, we would have stopped to eat before checking in. It was very inconvenient after a 4 h drive. Breakfast starts late at 08:00 AM. Free shower gel is by the (small) envelope..so good we had our own, cause we both use more than a few grams of it. Wifi did not work in our room.
