We were welcomed by the night porter, which was helpful. The big parking lot is just beside the building. The room was nice for the price range. Everything for a comfortable overnight stay included. We had a great rest on our way.

Great location, clean and 24/7 Receptionist

Stayed here many times before, so knew exactly what to expect in terms of facilities and how to get there.

Nothing - Everything was as expected, as I have been here before.

We've tried to find some positive facts: - free parking spot, - good price; - the hotel looks relatively nice from outside... - shop near by; - also, it is close to the tram's end of the line... and to busses.

- the kitchen was extremely dirty and smelly... The awfull smell was felt the moment you entered the hotel, even during the night :) - the kitchen furniture was very old and deteriorated; - during our entire stay, 5 nights, THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE ROOM AT ALL. - we had to go and buy toilet paper ourselves, from the shop nearby. - in the morning hours, the radiators were cold in the first 2 days... it got cold in the room. In the evening, it was too hot. - at breakfast, they served some croissants that smelled like mold; - every day: when the breakfast food was over, they were not replacing it. If the people before us eat more, we were left with almost nothing to eat. - the scrambled eggs were not cooked enough... - not enough variety at breakfast; - they should replace the tomates, cucumbers, the ham, the cheese and so on, when they are finished. - the stuff at the reception spoke some english; the rest of the staff did not... especially the ladies from brakfast. - they did not clean the tables durig breakfast, after someone left. - the rooms were small; we do not recommed this hotel for a long stay, only for one night... - Sunday morning (the day after we arrived), we wanted to take the bus to the center. but, WE HAD NOWHERE TO BUY BUS TICKETS :)

The hotel is located in a very good location, relatively close to the city center, there is a bus stop below the hotel. I have to praise the reception staff who were pleasant and helpful. Parking in front of the hotel is nearby, without an additional charge, and there is plenty of space. After agreement with the reception, if there is space, you can also park on the day of departure. The equipment is adequate, could be newer but is fine. The biggest positive is the price-performance ratio.

The breakfast is not expensive, but it is poor. Very small selection, old coffee machine, not the most delicious. My overall rating was affected by the disappointment of the breakfast. But as I write, they were not expensive, but even for that price they should be better.

Jana the lady receptionist was very helpful giving info regarding city.

Poor breakfast with bad products. Very dirty dining room. No air-conditioning remote control. No paper toilet. We asked to book a taxi and the night shift receptionist did not help. No wake up as per our request. Dirty common areas. Provided services really low.

the hotel looks worn out, an upgrade is essential. breakfast was just fine.

The location and parking is good, the facility almost meet what I expected, quite normal 3 star,

although it meet my exceptions, still, I wish the facility, the bed in better condition
