l'emplacement de l'hotel etait tres bien assez proche de la ligne de metro et des lieux touristiques. le personnel etait acceuillant et tres disponible

il faisait tres froid dans les chambres il faudrait améliorer le chauffage, il faudrait penser a un pese bagage au hall de l'hotel pour faciliter la gestion des bagages

La colazione alla mattina era in linea con il prezzo. La sala piccola ma il personale cortese

La stanza era molto piccola come lo armadio e per tre persone non adatta. Mensola porta bollitore traballante e il quadro decorativo con vetro era precaria con la cornice scomposta. Bidè non presente e neppure la doccetta nel water per lavarsi.

La ubicación fue lo mejor, justo al lado de la estación de king's cross.

La cama muy incómoda.

The location. It was very close to where I needed to be for work. Also the shower was perfect.

The bathroom could have been slightly bigger.

The location is great if you're using the Euro Star, Kings Cross or St Pancras.

This really is bargain basement. The bathroom was so small I didn't even attempt to use the shower - I would've had a problem getting in. To open the bathroom door, you have to move the bed. They might as well take the door off. It's a single person room, no need for the door. The bed, was not comfortable, if you're thinking of staying more than one night - think again. I know it was under £100 but I still think they could do better.

Zimmer im Untergeschoß sehr klein und feucht. Kleiderschrank viel zu klein mit einer Breite von 50 cm, mehr gab das Zimmer von der Größe aber auch nicht her. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit für die Koffer

Localization, reception, staff is good, a lot of attention with clients

room is tinny for 4 people, but the prices in London are unsane and at the end of the day it can be considered a good price benefit. and as it is close to the station, as always as drug users around., the tip is never talk to them, or give attention to that people, or make a eye contact and late hours don´t walk alone as in other locations also

The location was nice, close to Kings' Cross station. Front desk staff was very respectful and nice, however I found it weird how we had to leave our room key at the front desk when leaving the hotel? I guess it's to make sure it isn't lost.

Pfoo, where to even begin... We arrived and the front desk was very courteous, but as mentioned earlier having to leave our room key felt somewhat uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included, and when we did go to get breakfast in the hotel there was no bread, you had to ask for bread or toast, the attending duo at the breakfast were very unrespectful. For example, a lady asked if a new pot of coffee could be made because there was a LOT of grit in the current pot, she was denied this and the coffee was thrown out. Moments after the lady leaves, the attending woman goes and makes a cup of coffee for herself in full view of us. Then when we had asked for toast when we arrived we waited for ages, eventually having to ask for it again and it not even being warm or toasted properly. To keep it short... Breakfast was a disaster! Then lets sum up the bed... if you can even call it that. Mattresses were very old where you could feel every single spring inside of it, and that on top of it being laid down on what appeared to be two coffeetables made to look like a bed. Blankets were torn and felt filthy. And lastly the shower curtain had multiple mold spots in it... Lets just say, not a comfortable experience at all.
