Muy buena atención del personal, que en todo momento nos ayudó y orientó con las consultas que les realizamos. Muy limpio. Hermoso edificio y diseño. Muy buenas las obras de arte expuestas.
A partes del edificio habría que ponerlas en valor (pisos algo gastados en algunos sectores, paredes del salón del desayuno que necesitarían pintura, etc) pero son detalles menores. El huevo revuelto del desayuno estaba tibio casi frío y un poco líquido.

Disponibilidade para nos dar lanche quando saímos antes do café da manhã.
Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade e produtos mais frescos. O croissant não estava novinho. Ficamos em hotel mais simples dias antes, cujo café da manhã era bem melhor. Não tem boa vedação acústica.

Hotel refused to charge my card in local currency; insisted in charging in US dollars. Then they allowed next person in line at the hotel desk to charge in local currency rather than US dollars.

The room is good with a beautiful view. The location is wonderful, close to the city center , restaurants, shops. Breakfast is very good. Food is very good and what I liked most was the covid measures adopted at the restaurant.
The building is hot and the hotel turned off the air conditioner lots of times. It happened during the night, during the day. It is not a cheap hotel and we expect to have all the comfort we deserve. We had to ask the reception to turn it on more than once

Room was fine
Beware of fraud- Despite choosing pay at property rate, they charged my credit card for full amount without authorization, then lied repeatedly, claimed I chose wrong rate on website, even when I showed them receipt. Portly man at front desk incredibly rude. Both hotel and booking.com refuse to take responsibility.

Good location. Comfortable hotel.
Horrible old bed with very thin mattress. Room in old wing is EXTREMELY noisy all night - right on the main street, and windows don't fully close.

The room was big and had a pretty modern look. Same with the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent as well as the dinner menu.

Very nice and clean room, cool design! We got the "chañi" room, with an oval shape. Confortable bed and linens, good bathroom and toilettries. Nice central position.
The terrace was not great, needed a bit more care. Although the bathroom looks cool, it's not customer centric. The functional design is not correct, the hangers for the towels are inside the shower and hard to reach, and other small details like this. The SPA was not working when we went there (not even after asking for help to the staff). Overall good for the price but could be better with more care.
