Location overlooking the sea was great. Two cute little beaches right out front which would be perfect if you're spending time on the beach whilst there There's not a lot around, but it's quite nice it's not as commercially built up. 10 euro taxi into Benalmedenda if you want. Restaurant on the next headland "Trocadero" ~5mins walk away was fantastic.

The WIFI in the room was unusable. Very slow and disconnected frequently. The pools are outside and down on the "ground level" - the adult only pool was small and you had to go up a ramp to get to it - and then the beds were behind this metal fencing - not exactly relaxing. The other pool was at the other end of the beach, looked decent but didn't make the effort to walk over there tbh Didn't really realise it was a classic Costa hotel with package deals and karaoke entertainment and all that - not for me, but loads of people seem to be having a good time

The location next to the beach and the views from the bedroom, dining room and the lobby. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent too.

The WiFi in the room was pretty unstable. It kept going on and off. Guests were allowed to smoke in the balcony and thus we as non-smokers could not enjoy the balcony plus the smoke also came into the room when the door is open.

I was there one night while passing through and had a bed and breakfast rate. There were also all-inclusive options and it had that vibe...people consuming large quantities of not particularly high quality food and drink. One of the selling points was the rooftop bar but it was closed as I was there on a Tuesday.

Receptie en inkom hall heeft een fantastische eerste indruk. Ruime kamers met zeezicht. Mogelijkheid tot late check out en parking wagen (mits vergoeding). Rooftop hottubs!

Familie zwembad area heeft een renovatie upgrade nodig. Kamers zijn ok, maar niet echt eigentijdse en volgens de laatste normen. Airconditioning werkte niet.

Das Hotel ist, wie in der Region üblich, ein Hochhaus mit unüberschaubar vielen Zimmern. Dadurch ist das ganze etwas anonym und unübersichtlich. Buffet im Hotel wie im all-inclusive-Hotelkomplex, wem das gefällt, ist hier sicher sehr zufrieden.

Staff super helpful. I had an early check out, still I got a full breakfast with gluten free options. A quiet neighborhood and a fantastic view of the ocean from my bedroom and breakfast room.

A bit far to walk to the marina, but okay as hotel was well equipped.

Lovely located hotel with nice sea side view. Reception staff and cleaning staff was very very lovely and helpful ;) This is everything good what I can say about my experience. I do not like food and everything in Restaurant was very bad quality - very very bad. We had nothing good to eat for breakfast. Sad.

Habitación amplia con vistas al mar, moderna y con tetera y un pequeño surtido de café/té. El desayuno variado, salón grande y con vistas al mar. Hotel moderno y bonito.

No atendieron a nuestras peticiones, y eso que indicamos que era ocasión especial (ni un detallito ni nada tampoco): no tuvimos cama doble grande sino 2 camas, ni piso alto por lo que escuchamos (y sentimos porque vibraba el suelo) la fiesta de la sala justo en planta inferior. La terraza de cafetería también al lado, algo de ruido e incluso humo de tabaco entra en habitación. Se escucha todo en habitaciones, y además la nuestra era comunicada y por la puerta se oía aún más. Si vas a descansar, no puedes. El check in fue lento y nos indicaron en el folleto que teníamos spa, piscina, jacuzzi... Pero todo estaba cerrado! Por qué no nos avisan de que no tenemos esos servicios disponibles y nos lo marcan en el folleto? La piscina, cuando funcione, está fuer,a a unos minutos del hotel, no se accede directamente. Las luces de la habitación se encienden o apagan todas a la vez, solo puedes optar por la mini luz de lectura o todas las luces, lo cual es ilógico y poco sostenible. En esta fecha no hubo problema en aparcar fuera pero en verano debe ser muy complicado y el parking interior son 15 euros al día. Todo orientado al turista extranjero, actividades, horarios de comida, etc.

Location, nice beach, nix sky bar on roof was very relaxing, service was great, everyone is friendly, pool was never a struggle for sun beds.

On booking we stated our sons age as 15. There was a sofa bed for him. We asked for a bed for him and were told we would need to pay more as he was over 12 - they knew that before we went!

They didn’t clean the cups of coffee and the glasses all my stay and she didn’t put coffee for all the stay too.they don’t have room service . They can’t tell they are 4 stars ,,maybe 2-.they are very expensive for what they offer.

The staff were brilliant, very helpful and attentive, response to our communication prior to arrival was brilliant too.

Air conditioning that works in the room and makes for a pleasant experience in the restaurant. Staff were excellent. Great choice of drinks on all inclusive. Food in restaurant pretty good.

Only small issue is main family pool distance from main hotel building.

Food was amazing. Location was out of the lively area but perfect for us. Gorgeous and modern! Spent half our time in the adult pool and half in the family pool and both were lovely and had their perks! Just all round great!

A bit of a shame the drinks were only 50% included in the all inclusive in the top / sky bar as that was our favourite bar - was such a nice place to relax of an evening

Everything was on point! It almost felt like being in a lucury hotel, I really really enjoyed it! The only ""bad"" points is that the hotel is quite far from the hystoric centre of Malaga, but the structure has everything you need to spend your day!

The only one thing that I would change is that after midnight there aren't many things to do, because everything closes up! But even that's not to bad because you can rest and wake up early the next day to relax at the beach or one of their pools!
