Proximité plage , équipement ( frigo, télé, clim, terrasse) chambre propre et fonctionnelle .

Douche donc le bac était fissuré donc eau qui s écoule dans la salle de bain . Travaux non annoncés sur booking ( découvert avec une affiche dans la chambre et surtout le marteau piqueur à 8h30 😰) c est dommage que cela ne soit pas dit en amont même si on peut comprendre que des travaux soient faits pour améliorer les lieux.

Nice, new accommodation in secluded courtyard close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Small sheltered outside sitting area. Smooth checkin and out.

For the price, everything was very satisfactory. A little tricky to find out how the shower was operated. No extra blankets.

the shower was the best part of the room

heater didn’t work at night when it was cold, the emergency light was intermittent all through the night, on off on off all night, I was mythered for money as soon as I arrived, not for much money but I was unaware of the tax for the receptionist, no kettle for drinks

clean and conveniently located

2 short blocks to the quiet end of the beach. Many restaurants and shops close by on Rambla but not in the middle of all the noise and summer crowds. mini fridge and 2 supermarkets close for handy snacks and drinks. Housekeeper made up room daily, nice bathroom. on day of arrival they accommodated an earlier check in for us.

The room listed as having a terrace. This particular room was on the ground floor and had some chairs out front at the level of the parking lot and in the hot sun, so we didn’t use them. However it gave us the advantage of easy access to the room with our luggage so it turned out ok. Address for reception is a few doors down so directions for taxi was a bit confusing
