We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at your hotel. The food was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the staff. Their warm smiles and attentive service greatly enhanced our experience. We felt very well-treated throughout our stay.

Restaurant over crowded, near a pub very noisy every night singing until 4.00 am,. Our first we stayed in a room was smelling of swag, my self and partner picked up chest infection, we asked change the room and hotel did

Superb service. Very hard working personnel. Very clean. Close to the beach. All issues were addressed immediately. Great food!

They did not have their own beach. Other than that they were perfect!

The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The water slides were awesome, our small kids really enjoyed both the pirate-ship slides and those bigger slides which you can do in tandem in those inflatable double-ring . Excellent location close to the beach and the promenade. You cab exchange money inside the hotel - very comfortable. Nice option of late checkout until 18:00 or 00:00 (extra payment)

Food was of poor quality. There was a large variety – but quality was like in fast food restaurant. If you don’t eat pork, the options are pretty limited. The special ‘Italian’ sea food was not tasty at all. Even the soft drinks like cola and sprite – tasted weird and extremely sweet. We read several reviews regarding the issue with the food but eventually chose Laguna Park because of the water park slides which the kids enjoyed very much. But the food is important part of the vacation especially if you’re going for the ‘al inclusive’ option –eventually the 2 times we enjoyed the food was when we went out for lunch in a restaurant and another when visiting friends adjacent Melia hotel. Melia it seems doesn’t have same water slides variety, for example Laguna Park has the ‘pirate ship’ with many slides for small kids, Melia doesn't have something similar. But Melia’s food quality is much better than Laguna’s My wife was eating the bare minimum and most of the time was hungry, which left a bad taste to otherwise a really pleasant vacation. >>> If someone from Laguna Park's stuff reading these reviews - please try to improve the food quality - as you really got potential. ----------------------- small stuff : - water in the pools were pretty cold, while the sea water temperature was perfect. - any special stuff cost extra (arcades for kids for example) - bad WiFi reception in the room - we asked for late checkout option (until 18:00) for extra pay, the girl in the reception said they could only notify us if it's possible on the morning of the checkout day - meaning only at 10:00am they can tell us if we can stay till 18:00 or must vacate the room within the hour at 11:00. Eventually it worked out fine, but really nice to have more time in advance to plan ahead not 1xhour notice.

Quality and diversity of food was very good. Kids loved the moctails in the bar. Pools are very clean. The main beach is beautiful and sand is very soft, but too crowded for my taste

They did not clean the rooms very well, and during our 9 night stay they didn't change the sheets one. Cleaning staff also removed all towels etc once day too early which was very annoying. If you go here it's for the hotel, not for the surroundings as there is nothing else to see or do.

This is a great all inclusive waterpark type hotel that kept our kids busy all their waking hours. It's 4 minutes walk to the beach, so great location from this perspective as well. The waterslides (both big and medium size) were great, though the staff were at times distracted (by their phones or each other) so you have to evaluate for yourself when you go down the slide. The room/s were as expected, typical hotel size, but I was happy we could fit the 3 floaties we bought in the living room at the end of the day. It is also very close to 2 big waterparks (which have free transport from nearby pick up point to the waterpark) so if you are into crazy water slides, location is great. The food was pretty good (as far as all-inclusive can be) and well replenished. The staff were attentive to clear tables quickly.

It was our first time in Sunny Beach and it is too hectic for our liking (and has several adult stores/venues/adult lingerie shops peppered along with souvenir shops, pool toy shops, pizza shops etc). If you want a "city that never sleeps" experience I think it would be great.
