Hotel muy cerca de la playa, las habitaciones están muy bien y el desayuno muy rico.
No había parking privado.
Había parking de pago y zona azul justo al lado. Durante la temporada estival está lleno.

Position of hotel was very good central. Clean room.Area bar restaurant all very clean food great value ,castle area amazing will return just not the hotel.
I found parking was all blue pay display here where i live in spain we have break in middle of day,so i did not notice that in this area was 10 till 10,obvs i got a ticket 70e/35e i asked at reception as i couldnt work out how to pay early at the 6.50e they wernt interested at all in helping,i eventually found a machine that would take the fine pay early a bit of help would have been nice as meter right outside hotel never mind plenty hotels round that area ,beautiful place.

The location was great. Near to the beach and main activities. Every day after breakfast the room was cleaned,the bed was made and floors were moped.So the housecleaning service was good.
When we entered our room,the cockroach was smiling at us :D The staff could be more friendlier, i guess,they did not like the fact,that we were not eating meals at their hotel,so when we asked for a plate,the answer was quite rude,although later they apologized,but the uncomfortable feeling never left us after....Also,they don't change the towels,even after we asked for new ones,they said,that they can't do that.

Close to center
Full of mosquitos, no soap in the shower even though there was a dispenser, asked for double bed and got two singles and they were tiny, like for hobbits., What we got was not worth the money, staff was not too nice, was a bit creepy and loud .

Location was nice, 3 mins walking distance to the beach.
Room decor was old and it didn’t even have a small fridge to let cool some water… shampoo & soap were at the same dispenser… some of its towels were stained and the bed sheets too! And the cleaners didn’t even cleaned or change the trash bag and just replace the towels and sweep the floor a bit.

The location was very good. There is a nearby Consum grocery store. The bus stop to arrive and return to Benicarlo is a short walk. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the city center is nearby. I like the elevator to get to my floor.
The single room was very small. I dislike the shower as it is open and water gets on the floor. There is no shower door. The check in took 10 minutes when there was another person at the front desk that did not assist in helping. Soundproofing of the rooms could be better as I could heard people in the next room but they stopped talking when I went to sleep. You will find a good price-value stay here as it was less expensive than other places in the area.

Breakfast horriible,matrass dirty,bed very uncomfortable,shower changes from too hot to cold and back again.No idea why this hotel gets 8 points in booking's score.far too expensive for what you get

A good location in heart of town. The air conditioner worked wonderfully.
It would have nice to have fresh tomatoes and cucumbers with breakfast. My room was rather small
