Habitación espaciosa
El vater no funcionaba, se atascó. La suite está en la quinta planta y el ascensor no funcionó. La caja fuerte tampoco funcionó y la recepción amable pero pasa de todo.
Teníamos un vuelo temprano y como era antes del horario de desayuno no tenían la cortesía de preparanos nada para llevar aunque el desayuno estaba pagado. Una pena ya que la habitación en sí es bonita.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is located in the center which can be noisy, but to our surprise, the rooms were very quiet. The food at the restaurant on the 11th floor was great with a nice view of the city and mountains. The staff members were nice and polite, and the breakfast was excellent.

Location, friendly staff
Shower: Hot water takes too long and when it is hot it can easily burn your skin, if try to find a middle point, water starts getting COLD.
A/C: It never cold the room, just refreshing it despite it was at the lowest temp allowed, easy to sweat despite this was on 24/7.
Breakfast: Too basic options, nothing more to say.

Rooftop restaurant and jacuzzi are awesome. Incredible views, good breakfast, staff at this property are very attentive. Nice shower. I also liked location on Bolivar Plaza close to centro.
The room was tiny. I would stay again but in different class of room. No gym. Bar and jacuzzi close too early. Stayed two nights but had to make 2 separate reservations because even though I paid for two adults, if you have different partner another night they charge an additional guest fee.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant has a beautiful view and the food is delicious.
Bathroom in room is extremely small. For me, music in restaurant is inappropriate. Its not loud; but too much bass. Personally, I dont like to feel drums for breakfast

loved the rooftop and the artwork behind the beds. the breakfast service was phenomenal and the staff so pleasant and helpful. I always feel like I’m being a bother but they make you feel welcomed and we’re very warm towards a family with 2 seniors and a toddler. We even got to watch the celebrations of the local soccer teams championship win.

The hotel is a elegant and corporate hotel that fulfills what one expects from such a chain. However the location at the center of Pereira is super chaotic and although nothing happened, we did not feel comfortable walking around. Which made the hotel a simple sleeping location and not a bridge for knowing the city.
The staff was absurdly strict with the closing times of the restaurant at their rooftop. We were offered another round of drinks at 21:50 and at 22 hrs we were told we have to leave, because the restaurant is closing!!

The staff were very friendly, and our large room was fantastic, with excellent Wi-Fi. The hotel location was in the centre of town, and they assisted us with parking.
Unfortunately, three of our family members got food poisoning from the house salad on the rooftop bar. We contacted the hotel to report this via booking.com but received no response.
