Dirty room, people smoking and partying drinking all night out the front of my room pictures on the website are not the pictures of the room bin not emptied had dirty tissues and bugs in it

Clean & helpful staff

The bed was comfy but there were 3 in my room. The view was nice.

The room stank and was quite cold . It was surrounded by construction and didnt feel super comfortable. The walls are so thin people showing woke me up

Beds were comfortable, able to book with not much time before, staff were lovely.

The shower head fell on me. The lights were only spaced out.

Very friendly staff

It very congested. We have 7 adults and 3 kids. The place fit in but there was no place to move around. It was just one room.

The room was spacious. The bed and bathroom linen were very clean and fluffy. The location was good, just a short drive to the centre of town or a leisurely walk. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I found it a bit odd that the microwave and two plate hotplate were outside by the room doors. The decor was a little dated, but this is just a matter of personal taste. However, there are renovations of the motel going on. It was great that the motel is dog friendly. For a short one night stay, it was convenient.

The younger lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The newer area of the hotel which is shown in the pictures is lovely

The property is in chaos, they are renovating and it’s a mess. If there’s an option maybe stay elsewhere. The new rooms are lovely but you will pay $$$ for them. If you have a large Ute you probably won’t get under the car port especially if you have ski equipment. We found the older lady at reception condescending and not really listening to what we were saying… the younger one was fabulous. Maybe once the renovations are done this could be a good option.

I like that it's convenient for family stays. convenient for parking Carry various luggage and easy to take care of children because it is on the 1st floor. My friends all say that if there is a chance to go back for sure.

Price, location

One light in our room was not working. Though they gave us a table lamp bit it was not enough

Although this motel looked like an old western movie site our room was clean and modern

Off the highway so no road noise, newly renovated comfortable room.

Good location

Unfortunately motel is undergoing major renovations transferred from original booked room 2nd room no heating moved to another room but no blankets so took blankets from previous room to try keep warm it eas -3 degrees. Would be much better when renovations finished but whilst they're ongoing renos would stay away. Not comfortable at all unfortunately.
