Nothing. I absolutely loved the place.... Loved, loved, loved the place.

Breakfast: OK, Pool, Jacuzzi: Excellent, Romm: Excellent, Staff: Outstanding, entertainment (TV): OK, Airport shuttle: Excellent I have stayed at your property 4 times already, and my experience have been awesome every time. Overall, Iam very satisfy with everything. Thank you very much.

Breakfast was good and the Pool and hot tub were Really Nice. I really like the apartment. Made it nice to be able to buy our own food and make supper and breakfast, Tea and Coffee.

The pull out bed was for little kids and the adult bed is pretty hard. The property is situated on a very busy street.

Everything! We could not be happier with staying here for the end of your trip in Costa Rica, the rooms are perfectly fitted with everything you need and the staff are great !

Always clean and with everything you need..love the space in the apartment and the facilities. This is our 7 years visiting the place and the place continues to be our #1 option to stay in San José.

Location was good

Bathroom fixtures were loose. There was a big step to get in to the tub. My husband fell trying to climb the step before the tub. Breakfast has few options.

We had a wedding near by, so the location was perfect. They gave me a discount in the hairsalon next to it, so I took advantage of it (10% of discount). The pool was warm, perfect for the chilly weather in december. The apartment was nice, a little bit old but everything worked well. It has two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. The rooms were soundproof. The breakfast was nice. It had Gallo Pinto, scrambled eggs, fruits, bread and nice coffee. The staff was nice. We used the gym and it has dumbells and some machine (mainly for upper body) a little bit old, but functional.

The bed was very simple and quite small (queen size), but nothing extremely bad. I missed sour cream for the Gallo Pinto, but it was ok with the fresh cheese. The location is perfect and it felt very secure.

This hotel goes above and beyond in cleanness. From the grounds to the rooms, someone is ALWAYS cleaning. Felt secure and safe. The pool and hot tub were SPARKLING clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Nothing they can do about this however the road next to the hotel is VERY VERY Busy. Jake breaks, horns honking, loud motor bikes going at all hours. Keep the windows closed if you do not want to listen to these things. This is my only complaint. The road noise really got on my last nerve though cause I wanted to open the windows but couldn't deal with it.

The breakfast is the best part of this property. Staff is very good.

Rooms are dated.
