L'arredamento andrebbe rinnovato, sarebbe stato comodo un piccolo frigo in camera ma come da descrizione non era previsto,
10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ma vicino ad una fermata dell'autobus (che non passa così frequentemente, conviene munirsi di orari)

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale, molto disponibile anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno del taxi.
Purtroppo la struttura è fatiscente: le camere sono da rinnovare totalmente (bagni ovviamente inclusi). Nella maggior parte dei casi i condizionatori non funzionano e le finestre non sono munite di zanzariera, quindi o muori dal caldo o muori dai pizzichi di zanzare. La colazione è arrangiata con prodotti di bassa qualità e il caffè della macchinetta automatica è imbevibile oltre che super concentrato.
Purtroppo è totalmente fuori dai contesti delle strutture a 3 stelle.

The room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning system. Excellent staff and service as well. They also provide a cheap breakfast in the morning. Great value for money overall!

The people who are working was incredibly nice and helpful. There was room cleaning everyday so it was also amazing.

This was already the third time I stayed in this hotel. The location is close to the University and that was extremely important to me. Decent breakfast. Free WiFi with good connection. Parking is free. Bari Train Station and the city center are a 15-minute walk away, while the historic center with the Basilica of Saint Nicholas is 4 km away.

Very nice gentleman at the reception who helped me with everything I needed, I had 2 separate bookings.. At the first one I wasn't really happy with some things in the room.. So at the second stay I got a better and bigger room to make it up to me... Thank you for that 😉

Very good service. We stayed for one night as our previous hotel was canceled at the last minute. We got breakfast for free. Air conditioning available for free. Nice staff.

first impressions were poor - it’s tucked away behind boardings. The only people at reception initially were 8 year olds and I had to wait for the father.
the water system was very noisy with a loud whistling every time the toilet was flushed in my room and the one next door .
the shutters wouldn’t open (the electric switch was broken) so it was dark all the time.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the center. The staff are polite and helpful. Not all of them speak English but they always try to help. The AC in the room did not work and they replace it with another heating device.

generally i don’t understand why people are rating this hotel so low - Yes, its true its quite old and should be renoveted but you are getting very good price - if you expect super standard in Bari you should pay 100-120€ per night - not 40€

The staffs are helpful and nice, nice location near the bus stop and you can walk 15-20mins to the station.
The balcony door is broken and can’t be closed. We use our luggage to be (somehow) a door stop. Room is old.

The blanket was without a duvet cover. The staff at the reception does not speak in English. The location is so far from the city centrum. It is better to take a bus 21,10 or on the next street bus C. The breakfast was bad((
