Thermal baths were wonderful. The restaurant was also great.

Rooms could use more natural light. Basics like robes should be included with the room. Adding room service would be nice given that the restaurant can get booked up.

Location affascinante

Very close to every point. A separate marvellous hidden corner hidden in the splendour of Tuscany! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! You don't want to get out of the thermal water! The rooms are very cosy and clean and you can sleep soundly for hours without being disturbed🌿♥️

Breakfast was very good and the hall was beautiful

Getting between the hotel and train station was a little awkward? not a lot taxis and the service was not reliable.

I mean it’s a gem in the middle of really nowhere. You’re close to the beach if you want to go and close to Tuscany but your truly heading up the hillside. Everything is delightful booked Hot Springs for both days we did the Sposter one stayed in the hotel two nights extended our stay. It was truly one of the more magical moments of our whole European trip.

It was a great experience. Very clean, very well designed, very friendly staff.

Breakfast had to be ordered upfront. We did not always receive what we ordered. Changes had to be made the day before. We ended up not going to breakfast the last two days as it was all the same things over and over again.

Atmosphere in Calidario Tereme was amazing. If you are looking some place to really rest and forget about stress this is that place. Day in Thermarium was perfect! For sure I will come back :). Personel is very helpful.

The room was beautiful, the facilities were stunning and overall just a wonderful hidden gem we are already planning our return trip!

I do feel that guests should have dressing gowns in their room, since we paid for the most expensive room and for full spa facilities - but it’s only €7 to rent so it wasn’t that big a deal we just didn’t know when we arrived.

I had unauthorized charges on my account from this hotel following my checkout. It was difficult to work with them for a resolution.
