It's closed to piramids. Low cost. Nature, flower and trees
Breakfast so simple

The location is good and is extremely close to the archeological site. The environment is good and quite at night. The room is clean and the shower is nice.
Restaurant closed early at night, so you have to drive to San Juan to have a dinner.
4.5
calm place with great green surroundings, very near to piramides
very small breakfast but ok

A small (12 room) hotel with friendly management and staff. Only 50m from the southern border of Zona Arqueológica Teotihuacán, a 20 min walk to access gate #1.
Nothing

Near the pyramid and near a lot of local bars and restaurants.
Super nice garden.
Parking easy.
Lot of homeless angry dogs around the quarter at night. But not the fault of the hotel.
3.0
The staff is friendly.
The infrastructure is not that good. No signs about hot or cold water in the bathroom. Tv has some problems. Breakfast is very simple with fruits, coffee and bread. Egg with beans cost 90 pesos.
5.0
Friendly budget place,, tidy outdoor, pyramid can be seen from the property, nearby eating places.
Few addition like bath mat for shower, larger side table etc would make things comfy.

Breakfast could be better.

The hotel is well located and has a lovely garden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We have stayed here twice and slept very well. The rooms are kept very clean and the maid service is excellent. You can see the temples from the garden which is really nice. The owner is very friendly and accommodated our requests. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful colonial hotel on the outskirts of the old town. 20 minutes steep descend to town but we used taxi to bring us back. It ir really steep uphill.
Cold nights and lack of heating.

location, very clean and confort walking the village
men at reception very unfriendly he never gave us our change when we payed for our room he made it difficult when we ask for a couple of cup or glass for the room saying it was not allowed before eventually apparently bending the rule at time of checking out I told a different clerk to give my change to the chambermaid the man was called in and he denied owing any money the place was nice but in general not friendly.
—hard to find places to eat near by

My room was rented out to other people.
I wrote three times after booking about our check in time around 12 at night. Directly through Booking, through mail, through the phone. Called upon arrival, but no one picked up the phone. As a result, we paid 1100 Mexican pesos (55 €) for a taxi, so that at night the hotel told us that our room was not available. Other people took over. We went to another hotel and paid 30% more than the price and without breakfast. Be very careful with this hotel. Not sure if you will live in it.

OK, if I wrote a review it means that something happened whatever good or bad. Unfortunately, this is a bad review and I couldn't stay this hostel because there is no people here. Actually I arrived here at midnight because the airplane was delayed and arrived Mexico City at night. I have to transfer to a bus to Teotihuacan after that and eventually I arrived here at midnight. I sent a message to this hostel that i'll arrived being late because of these reason and I got answered "yes" from them. I tried to knocked the door to get response from them but I couldn't get answer- door is locked and there is no people. It is true that the area around the Teotihuacan site is very unsafe and dangerous at night, so it's make sense for me that locking the main entrance door, but why is there no doorbell or intercom? Is it a cultural difference? (Some countries don't have intercoms for human rights reasons, but I don't know about Mexico)
if they are planning to not open for business during holiday seasons, why does a reception form is open on booking.com?

Continental Breakfast can have more options of fruits, not just papaya.
Too much light from the outside in the room, maybe change the curtains make the rooms cozy

The gardens were well maintained and the room was spacious.
The person who checked us in could not speak English and made no attempt to speak English. He was extremely unfriendly and grumpy.

The grounds were colorful, immaculate, and tranquil.
The ONLY thing was that I couldn’t get food there after breakfast, but it’s not on offer so, I don’t blame the hotel at all. They are lovely!

There were no water in a room when we arrived. After talking to reception, they fixed it but pressure was low. At the morning situation repeated again.

Very nice Hotel. Simple but quiet and clean. Very big garden and lot's of stuff to play with for the kids and even a little pool. They organize everything you need around the place like bikes or quads. Adrian is a super nice guy who's very helpful. Thank you very much.

The hotel to the Pyramids was very close.
The bathroom floor was a bit dirty, and the sewer smell was out through the drains. But overall, it was good hotel for my one night stay.

La cercanía a la zona arqueológica.

The garden, the cable tv,
Colder rooms, noises. I have to ask for soap to wash my hands. The continental breakfast isn’t good because is just one fruit.
