On entend parfois un peu beaucoup le bruit de la rue mais cela est normal également étant donné la localisation du logement

Yo me alojé hace unos años y antes la ducha era muy buena pero esta vez la ducha estuvo muy malo. EL agua salía muy poco y el agua estaba muy tibio.... estoy decepcionada por la ducha...

Beautiful location with views of the surrounding volcanoes, lots of plants and greenery made it feel remote and tropical in a tranquil location. The hotel was designed very tastefully and sympathetic to the surroundings. The facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played along the walkways and within the facilities. Staff were all friendly, polite and very welcoming.

Food was great at the restaurant, The pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the grounds beautiful. Our room was very clean and gorgeous and comfortable!

Breakfast was good enough. Personnel was great. Location was awesome.
For no reason we were charged another $46.16 at checkout. Booking showed it would be $300.73 but we were charged $346.89. Nobody could explain why. I think the difference should be refunded.

Everyone was friendly and the place is clean and the smell of the place is awesome also the massage hurt but it took away the knots i had in my shoulder that was there for years and I am so grateful that I feel like a brand new person
they couldnt get the tv to give me one english speaking channel but I am coming back for a month to learn spanish

The thermal pools and the amazing and helpful staff. The spa massage of cristina and Ingrid where the best, Allso Astrid was the best of our state she help us and oriented us super nicely. The Room very clean, spacious, the bathroom shower was very relaxing.

I loved my room, the facilities, the environment, and the staff of the restaurant.
The front desk staff and the spa staff were extremely rude and pretty much ruined my stay.

Spa services
Food was overpriced. Lack of variety of regular drinks and alcoholic beverages. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Bathrobes in room appeared worn out.

The rooms are stylishly decorated and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
It was really disappointing to see the restaurant using plastic cups and straws from an environmental perspective.
It would also be nice if pool towels were available at the pool.

The rooms were new and clean. Two breakfasts were included with the room. The pool and jacuzzi were both nice and very warm. The thermal spas down below were heavenly.
The food in the hotel restaurant was okay. Not great, not horrible.
The con was that there was a little bit of noise from the town below. Loud bands started playing at 7:00 in the morning. Didn’t bother me too much but kind of clashes with the tranquil spa and hotel. Still... I would return again.
