Staff not very friendly

The hotel is great, it’s big and spacious with a fabulous pool and views over the ocean. Sunrise was amazing! The food was good from the buffet, not amazing but did the job. Staff were friendly. I had a massage and it was amazing - there’s also a hair salon and gym too. Drinks outside of the all inclusive were very well priced. Pool staff were very attentive. Live music every night was great! I did the old town tour, street food tour and giraffe walk with Travel4Purpose who is linked to the hotel and they were amazing! Minor things really, but my aircon wouldn’t change temperature so it was either freezing or too hot. I only stayed for 3 nights and my towels and bedding were changed everyday which I don’t think is necessary due to excessive laundry.

beautiful view to the sea, the rocks made the hotel unique, nice maintenance of around garden

the shower quality, taps not working properly, water go out of shower to the floor and there is no drain, my ac was not working properly until they came fix it.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection.

I was given a room at a very bad location. My booking was for garden view, but all I could see was a wall &driveway on the side of the door and a corridor/roof from the balcony side. Staff was very unhelpful and actually showed me an even worse room as an alternative. The bathroom was riddled with black ants.

calling reception and getting the service fulfilled was a complete joke, from room service to an iron. called for room service one hour later we called back saying where is food to them saying they ran out of burgers.

location and most staff good service overall.

don’t expect reception to do simple things can I borrow an iron, asked 2 different days second day I called back and she was confused I haven’t received yet. Anything to pay for they couldn’t be more happier to serve.

The location was good and they often had entertainment during the evenings. The staff were polite when we complained and gave us a free lunch.

The room smelt damp and the curtains on the window were thin cloths which allowed all the light in. There was a huge bright light just outside of our window which disrupted our sleep. When we asked for an ironing board they send us an old board with many holes in it. Ironing our clothes on that would just have damaged our clothes
