clean-spacious and perfect location to explore the city

The room, 301. a former appartment, is huge ! High ceilings, corner kitchen, entrance... It's right on Piazza Azuni, 5mn walk from the main square, Piazza d'Italia. It's very clean and very convenient, I highly recommend !

In the shower, there's nothing fixed to put the shower gel, so you have to put it on the floor. Small detail !

Comfortable and spacious appartement. Very good location right in the middle of the city centre, but still quiet.

A bit strange that the cleaning lady needed to do the reception and she didn't speak much English.

The host was very nice and helpful, He was generous to give another room , with no extra charge. The apartment had all the facilities available it was a very clean nd comfortable Apartment. The location was perfect .

The space was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely well-maintained. I found it very comfortable!

The room was spacious, clean and functional. When we arrived, the owner was not there but the entry doorbell, intercom automatically connected us and connected housekeeping to let us in and give us the keys. The owner was helpful with arranging transport to the AHO airport and identifying possible restaurants.

The curtains smother the air conditioning so that it is not very effective unless the curtains are moved out of the way. Even so, the passable air conditioning was barely sufficient and slightly underpowered.

The rooms are very nice, spacious, silent and very clean. The appartment is in the centre of the city therefore allowing access to everywhere and it's near restaurants and places where to go out. The host is extremely nice and available. I absolutely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Piazza Azuni 18 Guest House. Salvatore was more than friendly, helped us a lot and was always available. He also recommended great restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean and a perfect stay if you visit beautiful Sassari, especially as a family. Will definitely book Piazza Azuni 18 again, if we travel back to Sardinia. Thanks a lot!!!

Great experience overall

Really nice host, with good tips for restaurants!

We highly recommend a stay in the guesthouse. The room was spacious, well equipped with a small kitchen, and very clean. Salvatore is the best host you can imagine. He guided us to the accomodation, provided very helpful tips to explore Sassari (also food wise), and was caring and helpful when we had a medical emergency. Thank you, we had a great time!

Salvatore came to pick us up from the train station and made us feel welcome immediately. He explained us all important issues, where we find nice restaurants and cafes and how to find the train station again. He follows special hygiene rules due to Covid 19 which made us feel also safe and secure given the circumstances in Europe at the moment. The apartment is in the middle of the old town, its big and clean with high ceilings and just perfect. The bathroom was huge and stylish. Despite the fact that the apartment is in the middle of town it was super quiet. The AC worked perfectly and the small breakfast served us well. Thank you Salvatore.
