Everything was good including parking outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

The Pool was crowded with children. It was unbearably loud. There was water all over the floor. You have to cover your hair to use the pool. There were no bathrobes available. So we decided not to use something we looked forward to and paid for. Our room was dark and resembled a cellar. You couldn’t look at the TV from the bed nor from the uncomfortable sofa. The staff at breakfast was clueless. The guy making the pancakes burnt them all the time and apparently never did an omelette before. There were no extra glasses. Coffee was horrible - either filter or bad mashine (undrinkable). A very poor experience. Do not spend money there.

The location of the hotel.

The works that were going on, namely the painting in the rooms corridor and the ongoing constructions close to the swimming pool. The bar food is really poor and not up to the expectations. An additional topic that was not pleasant is related with the rates that were applicable on arrival, which force us to an additional cost for a double room. Something that is still being investigated by booking. Nevertheless, keep an eye on the rates that are applicable to single/double rooms, while you might get a nasty surprise on arrival.

Very clean space. Awesome pools for the kids.

Room was a bit small for the children, but nothing serious. The great pools made up for it. 😄

Understaffed, 40 min to check-in, 20 min to get a glass of wine at the bar. You could hear the neighbors. Overly Complicated procedures to get towels, book indoors pool, book breakfast etc.
