Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the view from the balcony is stunning, and property is well maintained, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was also above expectations. I will certainly stay at this property again.

The only small drawback is that you need a car or other transport to take you to the neighboring towns, so plan for that or rent a car.

Magic house with amazing view. We were the only customers during 2 days! It was really great.

Room was small, not too much place for our luggage. no place in the bathroom to put our toilet bag. The toilet flush in our room was broken. Not much hot water for taking a shower at night. The jacuzzi was unusable. But the house is magical.

It has great views of the surrounding valley and it’s extremely quiet at night. It has plenty of space and few rooms so it never feels overcrowded. The sauna and games room are excellent additions. The homemade breakfast changes daily and, though simple, is always delicious.

if you don’t have a car, the location outside of the main tourist hubs such as Salento or Filandia can complicate the logistics. the property could do with some treatment to prevent dampness spots on the walls, as well as some heating as nights can get a bit chilly.

Good breakfast but not luxury. Its prepared on the spot and is limited in the offerings. Juice, fruit, eggs, toast/bread/corn based bread. Jam and Butter, coffee. The hotel is in a very scenic area, overlooking mountains. Quiet and peaceful. We had likely the best room but other rooms were smaller but adequate. All in all, a good place if you want to be away from hustle and bustle of a touristic city like Solento.

The hotel said they have a bar. However, it was not functional if there was one. Drinking water needed to be organized. It is ok to not provide plastic bottles but it would be good if they could provide a carafe/jug of water. No coffee if you wanted one after breakfast closed. No lunch or dinner. There is a restaurant down the hill but if you wanted more choices, need to go to Filandia or Solento by taxi - about 20 minutes ride but need to plan ahead to call a taxi.

Place was lovely with stunning views. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms clean and beautiful. Very well maintained and well situated property. Would definitely come back and advise people to stay here - especially a group.

Breakfast was just okay. It’s nice that it’s included but you may prefer to skip and eat something in town more fulfilling.

Location is not ideal, near the road, where you can hear it, and quite far from Salento (20-25 min car ride). Don’t book if you don’t have a car.

Our room was simply beautiful with the best view I have ever had in a hotel room. The area, where a very good breakfast was served daily, had equally stunning view. The surroundings were astonishing, with plenty of greenery, plants and flowers around.

The Manager was 100% at our disposal for everything, always present and ready to help. We had access to all facilities. The hotel was very calm, comfortable and the views were absolutely unbeatable.

The Covid situation meant the hotel was running with a minimal crew, no dinner offerings. Still, the staff did everything possible to keep us comfortable.
