Une belle villa de luxe décorée avec piscine privée chauffée dans un jardin de 250m2.
Ce que nous adorons dans notre villa, c'est son ambiance et sa sérénité. Il a une décoration unique.
Vous y trouverez 5 chambres généreusement découpées et conçues, toutes avec salles de bain.
A l'étage, vous trouverez trois grandes chambres, chacune avec salle de bain et baignoire en suite. La chambre principale, donnant sur le jardin, dispose d'une grande terrasse de 40 m². La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size (1. 60 x 1. 90) avec possibilité d'ajouter un lit supplémentaire (cabillaud) ou cabillaud bébé. Le 3ème un lit king size.
Au sous-sol, vous trouverez un lit king size (deux lits simples ensemble) et séparés par un paravent (si nécessaire) un canapé-lit double, ainsi qu'un sauna infrarouge pour 4 personnes. Vous trouverez également WIFI (fibre optique) une station WII et toutes les chaînes Sky TV ouvertes.
Le rez-de-chaussée abrite le salon avec table de hockey, billard et air-hockey, tous deux avec accès à la terrasse et au jardin; une grande cuisine design avec une chambre double et une salle de bain séparée avec douche. La télévision dans le salon a tous les canaux Sky Tv ouverts et un système de son Bosé.
Le jardin est une oasis de 250 m² avec piscine chauffée (6 x 3 mètres) et une terrasse de 40 m² (qui peut être complètement fermée par un verre sans flamme mobile) donnant sur le jardin, avec suffisamment de coins salon pour tout le monde et une table ronde design pour 10 personnes. invités. Dehors, vous trouverez un coin salon confortable juste à côté de la terrasse et, près de la piscine, des chaises berçantes, que nous avons personnellement conçues, donnant sur la piscine. Tout est proche. Nous avons deux merveilleux supermarchés juste en bas de la rue avec du pain frais, du poisson et de la viande.
La pharmacie est à 1 km avec une belle promenade accessible.

Villa Serenity was perfect for our multi-generational family holiday. From a well equipped kitchen to USB charging points next to every bed, the hosts have thought of everything to make their guests’ stay as enjoyable as possible.
The pool and garden provided endless hours of daytime fun, whilst the outdoor terrace each evening was an oasis of relaxation. It is a short walk to two large supermarkets and there are a number of really good restaurants nearby - La Scala being our absolute favourite.
La Plage Casanis is a beautiful beach just a 20 minute walk away and we used a local taxi company and Uber to visit Marbella, Mijas and other places.
This villa was by far the best we have stayed in, and we are already looking forward to booking it again next year.

Serenity villa is a lovely spacious villa, a stones throw from 2 excellent supermarkets (lidl and Mercadona). The fresh fish, prawns, mussels, paella, tortilla and takeaway meals in the Mercadona were brilliant and inexpensive.
The villa itself was perfect for us....8 adults and 3 children aged 6-76!
Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a godsend in 38 degree heat, and it was hard getting the kids out of it!
The fans on the terrace were a welcome addition, and we spent most of our evenings there and used the bbq most nights too.
We used Ubers to get around, although the beach was walkable, but would recommend a car if you're confident driving in Spain.
Only tiny criticism is that as it is a big villa, that sleeps 12, a 4 slice toaster would be a welcome addition instead of the 2 slice, as our family get a bit hangry at breakfast time waiting!!!!

with their communication and help to make our family holiday so special.. The villa is in a wonderful location in a quiet area of Elviria, near to two supermarkets, and a short wslk to a lively beach. We were a family of 11 and a baby and the villa had absolutle everything we needed. Lovely pool, swings, garden and many things for kids and grown ups to do. Stylish furnishings and drcor and just a brill villa for sny group. The best villa we have evet had and great hosts. Loved it.

Villa Serenity is perfect and was ideal for 13 of us, ages ranging from 4 months - 61 years!
The kitchen was so well stocked with spices/oils/cleaning products/ washing products which was super helpful as we did a lot of cooking in the villa.
The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable.
The terrace and pool area are lovely, a really nice setting to relax both day evening.
The villa is in a great location, there are 2 supermarkets at the end of the road, less than a 2 minute walk away which have everything you’ll need. It’s within walking distance to the beach and there are a couple of children’s play areas near by which are great when the kids need a change of scenery.
Marbella old town is only a 15 min cab ride away and Puerto Banus a 20 min cab ride away.
Communication with Alexandra and Friedrich was great and so easy. They went the extra mile to accommodate some last minute requests and were on hand if we needed anything during our stay.
I can’t recommend Villa serenity enough, everything was very well thought through, it was a home from home.

This was a great villa for our group holiday, it had everything we needed to allow us to have a really enjoyable stay.
The terrace and pool area was perfect, lots of space and shade from the trees, it is also fully astroturfed which made it comfortable to walk around. .
The villa is in a quiet residential area but we used the local bus service and Ubers to get around.
There are two well stock large supermarkets just a few minutes walk away and the beach was also walkable
The owners are friendly and helpful and communications via WhatsApp was excellent

We spent two weeks in the villa. The first week with friends and the second week with family including 2 years old kids. The villa is perfect and well equipped for both settings. When we requested something the hosts responded quickly, and they are very helpful. The garden is so nice with the heated pool.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice for renting this villa. We were 2 couples that rented for 11 days in May. The villa has every amenities you can ask for. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The hosts, Alexandra and Friedrich, are very attentive, available and have put a lot of attention to details in making the villa a cozy living space.
The kitchen is well equipped. Every cupboards and drawers are labelled for quick and easy access to all utensils, pots and pans. We really appreciated the 2 refrigerators.
The outside covered living space is where we spent most of our time. With the retractable window panes, we could open and close them to adjust for wind and changing temperature. We had all of our meals seated comfortably at the large round table.
The backyard is nice and large, with mature trees/hedges for shade and privacy. Lots of lounge chairs to relax in. We made use of the barbecue regularly and were very happy with its quality/performance.
The heated pool is a big plus and was one of our main criteria for renting the villa. We used it every single day, especially after a round of golf. The backyard is kept clean thanks to a grounds keeper that comes every other day.
The location is also great. 5 minute walk to two large grocery stores. 15 minute walk to La Scala restaurant (highly recommended). 30 minute walk to the beach. Access to highway is 2 minutes away by car.

We were a little apprehensive about staying for 5 wks. But within a few days we were made to feel totally at home at the villa. The hosts were amazing, attentive, responsive and extremely helpful in whatever our needs were. The villa was very well organized and equipped with every need. Well located walking distance to groceries stores and beech. Easy access to public transit with Uber options very reasonable.
We would highly recommend this Villa to all couples and Families alike. We are definitely considering another getaway during the shoulder season next year.

The social area is very spacious and beautiful, the owners are very responsive and at check in they explain EVERYTHING perfectly. Kitchen is full of tools and the patio is great....

The hosts - Alexandra and Friedrich could not have been any better. Communication before, during and after our stay was swift and friendly, they were extremely helpful and accommodating to the few changes we needed. Check in was thorough and very helpful.
The villa - everything the listing says it is. Big enough for our group of 9 adults, very comfortable, had all the kitchen stuff [including a fully stocked herbs & spices drawer!!], 2 massive fridge freezers, large dining table in the outside / inside kitchen / garden area, BBQ, loads of sun loungers. All the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean. I can't find a fault anywhere.
Location - very quiet pretty little street [no noisy traffic at all], 200m from 2 excellent supermarkets, 15 minute walk to local restaurants [try La Scala - outstanding] and 20 minute walk to the beach [try La Plage Casanis - first class].
If we come back to the area next year - this villa will be top of our list to book again.

We all had a fantastic holiday, villa was superb and everything you needed was there, the pool was lovely and location was excellent only a 15-20 min walk to beach and restaurant’s, the Indian was our favourite, great communication with property owners and any questions answered quickly. There is a big communal swimming pool as well as a small children’s park. If you want to go to to different places ie Marbella town or puerto Banus I would recommend car hir although you can use Uber or bus, lovely property and we had a fantastic time

We where a group with two couple of parents and our six kids age 18+. We spent a lot of times in the house and garden. The pool was clean and well temperated, so we used it a lot. The tabletennis was also very popular. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach and cathing the bus to Marbella. A big plus is that there is two big supermarkeds just down the road. We can fully recommend this nice villa.

This is the experience I expect from a villa… A great host with detailed information right from the off!
To start the villa is safe and secure especially with children in your group!!! Everything from their end was executed very well, right from our initial contact, up until arrival at the door. The host even managed to facilitate an early check in! Massive bonus!
The overall facilities available to us whilst on site were top of the range even right down to the cutlery, if you buy cheap you buy twice, these guys clearly didn’t, they spent good money on good equipment to make sure you had suitable/sturdy amenities for a great stay!
Nice touches were the heated pool, 3x usb inserts at each end of the bed, somewhere to wash your clothes and hang them out to dry (no washing when you come home) kids pool floats, BBQ, and lounger towels….
Locally there is plenty within walking distance, if you want beach food, fancy exotic food, French food, or even a good wagyu steak with caviar, it’s all there!
Additionally if you wish to travel into old town/Puerto Banús you can jump the bus (2 euros) or Uber for (14-20 euros) choice is up to you. We did Uber it everywhere, quick and easy! The thing is you always come back to a safe and secure home! that was the nice thing about being out during the day, you were coming home and looking forward to it!
Overall the villa has nothing to fault and if you want something that’s delivers it all, this was it.
I will mention that I am coming back, it may be with different people, but I know my mum and dad will love this place as much as we loved it…

We stayed for four nights while playing the courses around Marbella. Excellent communication before our trip and a warm welcome from Friedrich on arrival.
The villa is very well presented, all bedrooms very comfortable, with good indoor and outdoor sitting areas.
Plus it has the best-labelled and organised kitchen of any property I have ever stayed in.
Two supermarkets within a very short walk make it easy to top up when the beer runs out.
Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house in Marbella. It met our expectations and we particularly enjoyed the pool area, screened in poach which could open up, and all the activity equipment! The house was clean and in very good shape when we arrived. We got very good instructions when we arrived and a very warm welcome from the hosts! We can recommend this house to others, plenty of space to house 10 people.

The villa was excellent, it had everything that we needed, the owners are lovely and allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier that scheduled which was great after a long journey. There is a mercedona and Lidl at the end of the road which was great. The only downside for us was the location, it was quite far away from restaurants, bars and shops, we like to go and have a little stroll in the evening and look at a few local shops and sit in a bar with some entertainment. Taxi’s to Marbella city centre was extremely expensive, around €120 for a 15 minute taxi ride, the price increased the later in to the evening it was. Overall, thank you for a lovely stay.

Stunning property
We have just returned home from this stunning property and enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave ! The villa is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach, local restaraunts and supermarkets. The villa was very well equipped with everything you could ever need to cater for large groups and was spotlessly clean.The garden and pool area is absolutely beautiful with a good mix of shade and sun all day, needless to say we spent several days sipping cocktails poolside. Our booking was rescheduled twice due to the pandemic and Alexandra and Friedrich went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our holiday went ahead stress free, communication was excellent and they were always on hand to assist with any queries. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return again sometime.

Wonderful villa and wonderful hosts
Well what can we say as we only have positives to say. The communication prior was excellent with all my questions answered in a very timely manner. It was my daughters 30th birthday surprise and Alex sorted out cakes, Prosecco, nibbles, balloons etc all for me and I just had to pay what I owed on arrival. Thank you so much for this and the lovely flowers and picture for her as she was thrilled.
We were a party of 10. 7 adults a child of 3 and two babies of 10 month.
The villa was just as photographed and we were happy with the cots and high chairs that were provided and made up on arrival. There is ample room for everybody and every gadget and kitchen appliance you could possibly need. Spices, oils and essentials all there.
We shopped at the big supermarket 2 mins walk away where you can get everything you could possibly need. Two big fridges and two freezers accommodated all our needs and more.
Towels were provided for the room and two blue towels in each room for the pool which saves so much room in your case. The washer and two dryers were on with the babies and to help dry towels ready for the next day.
The Tv was excellent and we had everything we wished for with the ping pong, football game, pool and air hockey. What more can you ask for as games and bats and balls were all in the cupboards for your enjoyment
The pool I had heated as it was April and we benefitted with the little ones with this so much. They were never out of it. The pool is just as described and we found it big enough for us all.
The garden is lovely and colourful. The foliage can keep a little of the sun off the pool especially the weeks we went as it wasn’t the hot summer climate, so we were waiting for the sun to clear the trees daily and if anything this would be our only negative. The pool was cleaned daily and the garden leaves cleaned away. There were no mosquitos.
The villa is very secure and has window bars and very good security Sytems to ensure you and the property are safe. We managed to lock ourselves out and were saved by the hosts in a very timely manner. Thank you for this x
The bedding was all fresh and well laundered and the villa was hygienically cleaned. Toilet roll, cleaning products, wash liquid and everything you could want was provided. It was amazing. The bbq we used twice and really enjoyed sitting in the orangery eating at night.
We got take outs delivered and taxis to the door.

4 adults and 2 children stayed at serenity for 5 days in October. We wanted somewhere that would be good for all weather and easy to entertain small children. There is plenty of space for 6 and there is space for more. There is lots to entertain adults and children, the small pool in the garden is a good temperature as it is heated, the table tennis, air hockey and swings are all great fun. Kitchen is well equipped and the gas BBQ was so easy to use. Loved having the Astroturf in the garden, it was like having a carpet outside and prevented any mud. The best thing about the house is how attentive the hosts are, there were quite a few mosquitos and within a short time the host was over with repellent. The host has their business office on site so when we couldn’t figure out how to work a tap they were over in minutes and were more than happy to let us stay for a late check out to accommodate our flight. The garden has lots of shade which in the hot summer sun is just what you would want. There are some flats at the end of the garden, but you barely notice them because the garden foliage is so beautifully designed to make sure you feel private. The area is nice with the beach and a small selection of restaurants within a short walk, but with small children or to get to central Marbella you would need a car or bus. I thought this area and beach was lovely due to being quitter than central Marbella and it has nice and sandy beach. My only suggestion for minor improvement would be to supply some luxury toiletries. We had a great holiday and would very happily stay again.

4 adults and 2 children stayed at serenity for 5 days in October. We wanted somewhere that would be good for all weather and easy to entertain small children. There is plenty of space for 6 and there is space for more.
