Loved location, snow at the front door.
Extra tea towel, better wifi

We loved the view. Bed was comfortable. Close to village. Snow at our doorstep, kids loved it.

great location to ABOM lift
There are no stairs or path into property so you are trecking through snow with your luggage and trying to walk down a very dangerous icey slope to front door. Clearer instructions to front door of property required - such as get dropped off in front of Gliss lodge parking and walk down slope - you will see unit 8 first and then unit 4 is to the left and below that. We were OK but someone will hurt themselves one day.

Very difficult to find and hard to access, as the entrance is all covered by snow and there is literally no “road” to access it. While the owner has provided written description on the location, it will be much more useful if a simple map with photo can be provided.

fairly new and all well equipped.
The WiFi is very slow and hardly to get website opened.
The location is good for distance wise of ski in and ski
out except it is bit hard for luggage loading.

Lovely apartment with well equipped kitchen. Lots of games provided. Great experience overall!
A bit hard to find, even for the Taxi Driver. Bed in the main bedroom is too high to reach. No WIFI.

The light in change area at the front door was not working, and the toilet roll holder needs fixing, everything else was very good. Thank you.

Location was great. Short walk to the heart of Mt Buller Village. We were there in summer so had no issues getting there. Apartment was well fitted out with everything we needed.
It was small but still comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 5.

Ski in and ski out was possible
Really difficult locating the property. Even taxis had no idea where it was!
Lost 3 hours of skiing on pack up day as we had to move our gear out to the car park. Would have been good to know in advance that there was nowhere to store our gear. Wasted paying return taxi fees as well.
No coffee pods in the house.
Bottom bunk bed not made up on arrival.
