The location is in a nice suburbian area of Tokyo. Very close to the train station - just one transfer to get on the Yamanote Line. There is a supermarket very close by as well - cheaper than buying from the convenience store. Checking in was through a tablet at the main entrance - very easy. The backdrop artwork behind the bed was a pretty cool drawing of samurai 😎. Comes with a kitchenette and washing machine. Very clean. We were on the 6th floor, and luckily, there was an elevator (however, it was a bit small trying to fit all 3 of us plus our luggage inside - had to do 2 trips at one point). Overall a pleasant experience.

It is definitely a tighter fit than other hotels - the only place we could properly open our luggage was in the narrow corridor, and only one of us could do so at a time, but this would also mean we'd be blocking the way to the bathroom. The double bed was also quite small. Its size was almost comparable to the single bed right next to it. Me and my friend had to spoon quite close together to make sure we didn't fall off. The washing machine/dryer also took 4+ hours to dry, but this may just be a common japanese dryer happening rather than the hotel's issue. The drying function built into the bathroom was amazing at drying.

タオルがふわふわしてなくて硬かったのが残念だった。 シャワーの水圧が弱かった。

Clean and very accessible accommodation, close to a supermarket and 2 train stations that will take you to all the great places in Tokyo. We had a single and double bed to share with the 3 of us and the only thing is that the double was quite small for 2 people to sleep in. But all in all good experience :)

Lots of supermarkets around. The Chinese restaurant nearby serves good food and good alternatives if u need a switch of taste.

Value for money but abit far from airport and key places of interest.

Very easy check in and check out process. Very clean room. All essentials was provided in the room for cleaning and doing laundry. Even shampoo, dish soap etc. was provided. Walking distance to two train stations, supermarkets and multiple playgrounds. Very family friendly area. Some beautiful local shrines and parks in walking distance or a few stop away on one of the train lines.

You could only get rid of your trash two times a week and if you're on a longer stay that can get really irritating as your trash can pile up and you have no where to get rid of it. This is not super annoying but I could have used some more options to get rid of the trash.

I liked the location. The bed was comfortable. I liked the apartment in general.

The internet was very bad. There was no internet or very weak that was disconnected often. That was frastrating. I also had an issue within the advertised pictures of the room which were not compatible with the room I got. It was not the same. I took pictures of the room and compared and it is not the same.

The location was good, train station within 400m of accommodation, near shops and convenience stores.

Needed little more room in the kitchen. Table was old and not clean Nothing between sheet and bed.

I like that it was spacious enough for 3 people with 3 big luggages. The place was very quiet and it did not feel like anyone else was there. Which was wonderful. Everything was clean and working, did not need to call anyone for any extra things. Place was also modern and did not feel icky. It also included washer, which was great for travelers! Konbini and grocery stores nearby as well! Both train stations are 4-5 mins walk from this location even though its quite far from shibuya/big tokyo areas (45mins by train).

They never sent me a check in ID, so I had to do an international call for someone from booking.com to check me in. Extremely inconvenient. Having no faces to talk to is not fun.

Everything was clean, the apartment is big enough and have everything you need for long stays. Near train station (though not JR) and combinis. Check the tonkatsu restaurant next to train station.

Check in process is easy but can get confusing due to having to put 2 different codes in 2 different doors.

-Minimal drying area for clothes -Check in can be confusing, need to be exactly after 3pm otherwise the code wont work
