The location is superb and the views are amazing. Plenty of space in the house and nice and warm during our winter stay. Clean and Comfortable.

The house is in urgent need of upgrading, paintwork has not been look after in a long time. Kitchen units and appliances have seen better days. Showers also need upgrading.

Great location with an amazing sea view. The house is really big, plenty of space if you are going with a bigger group of people. There is plenty of space for everyone in case of rain. Very comfortable leaving room/TV room with huge corner sofa. The kitchen with the dining room was the best part of the house. Has everything what you need if you wanna cook yourself, and the view while you enjoy your meal is absolutely breathtaking. We were a group of friends with 4 dogs. Dogs were over the moon with plenty of space in front and the back of the house to play outdoors.

Nothing really, but house is a little old and need a bit of maintenance.

The only positive thing was the location itself. The whole rest was bad! I usually don’t complain. But this booking was really one of the worst if not the worst ever!!!

- Microwave was not working - fridge was dirty - most of the window shades were broken - water for the shower was nearly cold - crazy old and uncomfortable spring mattress. Back pain was the result the next day - dirty windows - chaos around the house - loud heating next to one of the bedrooms

The house needs some work and remodelling - really old with some items falling apart. The floor is stone cold, so slippers or recommendations to bring your own would be really helpful. Showers are not well maintained. Wish there were some necessities like clean drinking water, tea, coffee. Finding the place wasn't easy even with the directions from the owner. Coordinates would be really handy there

the views could have been good but the outside was so neglected it impacted on the view.

there were so many things broken, worn out or just missing. it felt like the owner didn’t like the property. You got hit by ivy walking into the house round the back, the front door sticks half way so you get hit by that. there is no information about the area, no information about how things work, you have to hunt for the WiFi code. the washing machine and dryer are stuck outside in a ramshackled building with no light. There was washing left in the washing machine and then the dryers. both showers are broken, there is a plug missing on the sink upstairs so there is just a big hole, the toilet seat upstairs is broken. No bins in bedrooms, a tired worn out settee. both ovens in tge kitchen had broken doors, the cutlery drawer sticks. I could go on and on but I definitely do not recommend this place.

There was a lot of space. Many rooms and beautiful interior. Beautiful sunset view.

No code for the wifi. Poor directions to get to the house (got lost for 45 mins). Property has not been upkept. Must take care of own recycling.

the decor was terrible the bathroom sink was coming off the wall no lock on the door no information on the house or about the running off off the house and the local area no hot water go for two days the outside is like a building yard the fridge had no running water too it the kitchen en drawer was stuck where the cutlery was the seating outside was terrible the grass was not looked after and for the price for two nights this place is in our eyes a2 out10 never be back and trying too find the house is terrible wee had a horrible time here

When we arrived all seemed well, the whole place felt a little tired, but that wasn’t a problem. However, the more time we spent in it, the more things we noticed. Here’s a list …. The leather sofa is scuffed and marked. One of the cushions has a huge hole. It’s also one of the most uncomfortable sofas I’ve ever sat on. All of the wooden furniture has ring marks. The wooden floor throughout the property was sticky. The refrigerator had rust on the front. The paint on the front of the cooker was falling off in places. For a house that sleeps 6-9 people, there were only two cereal bowls. The person who painted the kitchen didn’t paint it to the apex of the roof. When we took a frying pan out of the drawer and put it on the worktop - it left a brown, greasy mark on it. The front extension is suffering from subsidence - the door in it won’t open the whole way and gets stuck on the floor. The upstairs shower is missing knobs. The shower screen is missing and had been replaced with a pole and a shower curtain. The owner provides bed linen, but not towels. Bring your own. The duvet cover looked like it had been sitting in a tumble dryer for a week and was very creased. The mattress we slept on was thin and lumpy. Outside, whilst the view was good, the place is surrounded by hardcore.

Owner was extremely flexible with us on arrival as it took us considerably longer to drive the roads in Ireland than we had expected.

Scenery was amazing - view is spectacular Kitchen was large plenty of seating. Good to have DVD etc

Furnishing generally tired, blinds in bedroom broken, very cold downstairs and couldn’t find how to heat. Went and bought firewood to heat lounge. Toaster was broken and no ignition on cooker, no matches so ended up going shopping. Told no towels so we purchased some towels but they were there anyway. Just niggly things. House not like photos

The house is close to the beach and the views are stunning. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The property was dirty it wasn’t cleaned properly. The beds are broken and extremely uncomfortable.

Host gave us good directions, and told us where to find the keys, so was easy access when we arrived. The location of the house is fantastic. Very close to the beach and beautiful views out to the sea. The house was very spacious. The bed linen was clean and fresh. Plenty of books to read on an evening, as the wifi is very slow (not their fault).

The location is the only saving grace for this house. We were very disappointed with the overall appearance of the house & garden, everything overgrown and unkept, the driveway was full of potholes, and needs repairing. The house itself although very spacious really needs alot of TLC, it is very tired and in need of an update. The sofa in the living room was worn out, and the windows were not very clean. The views are obstructed by overgrown plants, there was water damaged walls around the door in the living room also. The bbq was filthy and unusable. Showers were very poor, and the beds were not very comfortable. I cant see how the price is justified, for what was paid - it was not cheap - we expected much higher quality.

Location

Bags of rubbish from previous tenants left in utility area (washing machine in same area). Owner came out to check leaking fridge on 2nd day, did not resolve issue. Daily we had to empty bowls of water leaking from fridge & mop up water on tiled floor in kitchen. Main bedroom springs coming through mattress, very uncomfortable.

Lovely location and great views. Spacious house with comfortable living area.

The kitchen is very tired. The boiler for heating and hot water is situated inside the house which causes a bad kerosene smell when heating and hot water come on. The garden is considerably overgrown and takes away from the lovely sea views.

It was hard to find. Navigation was confusing
