It was close to the beach and all amenities
There was nothing to dislike. We had a lovely time

I liked the accommodation the location was nice
Couldn't get the keys from the key safe took about 15 minutes to get them. Got in it was freezing the boiler would not come on said due for a service. There were no contact details for reception. The chair is tatty. Taps in bathroom had mould/ mildew round them. The door didn't open or shut easily. A lot of money for 2 nights. Left disappointed.

Very spacious,
Doors needs looking at, all sticking. Front door was the hardest to get in and out of due to latch getting caught in lock. Fire escape hazard

The box of extras with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and also with extra bin bags and wahing up liqiud and tablets for the dishwasher along with tea towels n spongs for washing up which you dont usually get on holidays. Also liked that there was a fire stick and games to play with tv's in all the rooms.
The toilet seat in the jack and jill bathroom is too small for the toilets so it slid sideways as you sit on it. The drive was a bit skinny so made it a bit awkward to get out the car.

Good quality white goods within the property. Able to fully use washer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Not enough play area's for the kids given the size of the site.
Only activities on offer for the kids run expensive when you have a number of children with you.
Only one shop on site, which seamed to have a problem stocking basic food items such as bread and water.
And the food in the pub could have been better, more selection for the kids and more vegetarian, vegan choices.
Access too and from the beach, needs to be high lighted as its impossible for anyone with mobility problems to access.

The bin was smelly, the lamp shades full of dust and lack of dinner ware.

Tidy grounds, well kept
Unclean. Scruffy. Bathroom dirty. Behind toilet in twin room ensuite disgusting. It all needed a deep clean. Not even basic cleaning products left as in most places. Dog wee all along bottom of curtains. Left a day early

good location and very quiet.
it was run down slightly. black mold in the en-suite at the window. the grout in the shower was disgusting. the shower leaked into the floor of the bathroom. door missing. owners need to spend money.

The location of the property and the bay village overall was quite serene and beautiful.
The property wasnt as clean as i would have liked as the flooring was quite dusty, also the kitchen cutlery, dishes/ pans and kettle were quite dirty with no sponge or dishwasher tablet available to clean. My partner had to travel late at night looking for something to clean the pots so i can make some dinner.. also the lamp in the tv area wasnt working, making the room lighting during nighttime dark and dingy.. wasnt a fan of bedroom mattress either, wasnt the best quality especially for the price i paid.. overall it wasnt the best value for money and was i expected better..

Very cosy and clean. Beds comfortable and showers nice and hot . Pub nice staff friendly did not use swimming pool to comment . Nice location
Would have given a 10 but towel rail broken in one bathroom owner came out ro it but never got back .
