location and price is good

It will take a lot of time to get hot water for shower, and it will very noisy in the night since there's many cars cross out side,and my key is just hang out side,any one can get in,the safety is maybe a problem

1shoul be more reasonable When we booked we used 3 peole‘s reservation price，but one week before we check in we contact owner we changed to 2person，they insist we stiil need to pay 3 people’s fee，2）the hotel dont have lift so you need take your luggage upstair

It was comfy, staff was friendly and close to most things. There is a lot of places to park around the area. everything was very new looking.

If there was something I disliked it was more relevant to those driving a car in the area. There is a lot of one way roads and confusing roads that might make you drive around the area a bit. Before you find the entrance to the parking lot your looking for. There was some worrying black looking mold in the shower. Might not be related to the property and more to the area. But I think it’s important to know that most restaurants in the area on google maps was either closed early or closed down completely, maybe seasonal? (spring)

old building, the room was OK but the whole building on the corridors smells like ashtray for that price I would expect at least one rank up not a big different from hostel except these are having rooms for half the price

The main proprietor was a very nice gentleman and the cleaning staff were friendly. They only spoke Japanese

the property’s location is simple yet could be easily seen. it’s along the high way and accessable to the beach easily

The owner is very friendly. We had a Japanese style room, it was spacious and we were especially happy to have a microwave in the room! The toilet and bathroom are separated, which is both convenient and rare. Very good location, close enough to the beach, with a convenience store just across the street and a supermarket within walking distance.

The member of staff was really polite and friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Good precautions against covid were taken. For example, windows are kept open for a few hours after guests stay, the room is cleaned thoroughly with strong disinfectant, masks are available to use at the front desk and temperature checks are taken, etc.

Although there's a convenience store nearby, the street opposite the hotel is very busy and quite hard to cross as there are no traffic lights for pedestrians (although that can't really be helped).

The room number was surprisingly big and it had a very nice view. It is a small hotel and didn't have too many guests. We had a very pleasant stay there.

It was quite cold in the room even with the AC running at 28 Degrees Celsius.

Name of hotel was incorrect. My husband came a couple hours later and input the hotel name in google maps and took him 2 hours further away. He missed the fireworks and events. Please correct the information on bookings

Customer service and support

Good Value for money, room is very nice. landlord also provide free drinks. 7-11 is just next to hotel front, very convenient. I would recommend my friends to stay here.

I like the location of this place, very close to the beach and right next to the hotel is the 7-11 store. The room is very clean and cozy. The classic record player in the living room brings back many old memories.

It would be nice if there is restaurant services within the hotel. But since it is 20 meters away from the 7-11, I can live with it. Anything that I need, can be resolved. The room rate is the best value in town.
