friendly staff clean rooms and nice bathrooms

Small parking garage, not too far off the main autobahn, room was spacious, not bad value for money. Late check in, person on phone was very friendly and useful.

Room had a slight smell, a bottle of half full water was in a cupboard, unsure whether left from a cleaner or not checked in cupboard. Check out was easy, but not a friendly service from person sat on desk, different person to day before.

Wi-Fi worked well in the reception area but was poor on the 4th floor. In the early afternoon I told the receptionist that there was no internet in my room. She was nice and told me that there was someone there who would fix it but by 19.00 it was still not working. At 19.00 I told the man on duty about it and he said he was really busy (even though there were no other gusts around and no phone calls) so he couldn't get to it for a while. At around this time a friend joined him behind the desk and I heard them talking and playing music. After around 25 minutes I asked him again and he said he was still too busy but I could go up and try restarting the device myself. This worked for a while but often it just stopped working.

There was mostly no staff in the hotel. I couldn't get hot water for tea or coffee.

So... the area is extremely beautiful and I was happy to find it on the motorway (driving, blinded by lorries lights at the evening). The room was simple, a bit old-fashioned but very, very clean. Price was very low. The hotel has Canadian vibe, if you know what I mean. I don't know ifthey allow pets but I could spend a whole week there with my dog if it would be possible. Happily in the winter time. Let me know, guys! 😉 P.S. Polish staff very friendly and understanding, even for annoying clients 🤪 And I am so, so sorry, but I had to make a hair driver's picture! It looks like Teletubbies' vacuum 😁

The hotel could be refreshed/refurbished? Utilities are old. No breakfast available. Coffee machine for coins only (I got only card so no coffee in the morning). To be fair, the reception orders food for guests if you ask (I witnessed that).

we had a message saying the reception was closing at 5 o’clock we had 18 rooms booked all 18 keys were placed in a locker with no indication of what rooms were singles doubles twins in the end they give us the wrong amount of keys the rooms that we booked were not the keys we were given we had more single rooms than we had twin rooms which caused major problems we could not get in touch with the hotel by phone as no one was answering and there was nobody on site this is not a hotel it is a shambles there was also know where you could book breakfast for the morning and you had to book it the night before so no breakfast they did however offer us to go to the sister hotel for breakfast but again we would’ve had to book the night before will not be using this hotel all this tune again they have no customer service and no regard for their customers at all. Plus the furniture in the rooms is poor my single bed the mattress did not fit the bed base as the mattress was too small they just don’t care . I could carry on what I want please do not use it is cheap but it is not worth it

For the price it's great value. The bed was fine. Everything worked out ok.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was dental floss in the sink and hair in the shower.

No food facilities at all including breakfast although it was advertised that they did car park is very small and limited to small vehicles which also was not advertised

The location of the hotel was ok.

Though having asked for it and booked it in advance, we did not receive a bed for our toddler and were forced to sleep with her in our bed which did not work out. Only on the second day we received a bed for our toddler. The reception desk was always empty and I had to call several times to get any help, and their email address does not work. Never any staff visible to support us as we were given the wrong room 3 times when doing self check in and never anyone came to help us while we were forced to move rooms 3 times, all with a toddler all luggage to be carried around. The one person we called was also not helpful and friendly and did not know where and how we could get a bed for our child and seemed not to care at all.

There was no Wifi or phone signal in the room. There was no facility to make tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was advertised online, in the room and at reception but not available.
