Problem with the checkin machine and was unable to access the room. Thankfully the staff came over from home to help.

Location, free parking, clean cozy rooms

Everything was great

We have stayed at the location on a number of occasions and always find staff very helpful Beds are very comfortable and we always sleep well

There was a hook on the wall to hang the shower but nothing on the shower head to hang from

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet

Tv was too small.If one went out and needed the card then the other couldn't watch tv.Would have liked tea making facilities

it suited us for an overnight stay. plenty of places near by to eat and easy to get to off the A75

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, comfortable and as we had requested in our reservation. The stay was quite pleasant despite all the COVID-19 restrictions in place.

The night employee could not speak English despite it being listed in the hotel description. It was not an issue for us since we could manage with our limited French (mostly due to the fact that the employee was super nice and friendly and very patient) but it could be a problem for other guests.
