We loved the room and the location. Staff member Brian was very helpful.

We would have preferred service by one person at dinner (The Brasserie). Multiple servers led to a couple of glitches.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional.

While we loved our room and a view of the waterfall, the brightness of the lights lighting up the waterfall at night made it a little difficult to fall asleep. Maybe lessen the number of lights? We would also suggest having some kind of "nightlight" in the bathrooms.

Incredible breakfast, wonderful service from every single staff member from the moment we arrived. Special mention for the fantastic Dimitar who kindly drove us in to Kenmare on two of our evenings there. The bed was the comfiest we ever slept in!

The spa is a little overpriced.

Warmth and efficiency of staff, thoughtfulness of staff - for instance offering a complementary return shuttle to town for a booked dinner. Facilities are fabulous, room massively spacious and quiet, location is stunning (waterfall, expansive grounds), plenty of rooms to relax and read by the fireplace.

Breakfast is OK but a bit disappointing given everything else is so superb. Orange juice is not freshly squeezed, sometimes all tables are already used when you arrive for breakfast and you have to wait a bit in the corridor.

Spacious and nice room, although the water in the shower should have been a little bit warmer. The breakfast was very good, I would recommend the fine dining restaurant at the hotel.
