The location was great, pool was huge and great for kids. The apartments are spacious and with all facilities.
We booked for a sea view but we had a partial sea view.

The beach was in close proximity, pool area was clean with enough beds and the 7 eleven opposite was handy for last minute bits.
It wasn’t clean.. there was cobwebs everywhere and the floor was dirty with sand and dirt

the staff was fantastic and very helpful! the location is beautiful and magnificent. the scuba diving was absolutely amazing!

Very large 2 bedroom apartment in a great location (quiet end of the beach). Staff was fantastic especially at beach front. Plenty of space to relax at the beach and the pool.

Nice walk to restaurants and bars on 5th avenue. Probably best suited for family with kids.
Wish I had known the pool was very shallow, it’s big but hard to really swim as it’s so shallow. It was also a little bit dirty. Also there aren’t enough beds around the pool for the amount of apartments in the complex.

The location was exceptional, very clean and convenient place with ton of the eateries and restaurants around.

Hotels is clean with nice grounds and are very nice pool. There is a 7-11 right next door for snacks and many restaurants within a couple of minute walk. The beach is directly in front of the hotel with its own private bar and palapa seating. However current conditions at the beach make it totally 100 percent unusable. The brown algae is BAD! The smell
At the beach and the hotel was somewhere between dirty diapers and rotting fish the fumes at the beach WILL make you gag. This is not the elements fault although some of the other hotels had machinery attempting to remove some of the algae but it’s a losing battle. The entire area up and down the coast is like this.
They say it starts getting better in October. Hopefully, this is normally such a beautiful beach I would postpone my trip if o had it to do over. Best of luck to the riviera maya!

The view was amazing. We were in the penthouse so multiple levels. Jacuzzi on balcony. Plenty of walk in closet space. And Erica, staff member was super sweet
Ants all over. And too much seaweed on ocean that smelled. It was in process of being cleaned but use of beach was not an option

Super friendly and helpful staff; great location (5-7 minutes walking to the city centre); safe area (police station is just behind the corner); beautifully decorated, spacious apartment with a nice ocean view.
Everything in our apartment was really worn out: furniture, kitchen utensils, etc. Lack of deep cleaning. No kettle.
