The hotel requires some basic care, such as cleaning door surfaces and fixing holes in the carpet.

The rooms were disgusting with mould in the shower and on the bedding

Staff were rude and unwilling to help

horrible place, it needs looking into. Damp, plaster coming off the walls, window was broken, human feces on the wall in bathroom. Dirty wooly sock over fire alarm. Rubbish left in room, empty bottles down the side of unit. I booked another hotel and walked out.

Food was lovely, however the room was extremely poor. It was a beautiful day and we weren't allowed to eat outside either. Our son was happy playing and didn't want to sit inside. The tap was dripping constantly, someone's excrement on the toilet seat, hairs in Bath and dirt to the point we didn't even shower before leaving. No one there to say goodbye in the morning we had to leave our key in a box. Very demanding staff asking when,if,when,if,when if eating. Two staff members however were lovely. Marks all over the walls, only 1 pillow per person, very hot rooms and couldn't open the window. Wouldn't go again to stay but I would for the food.

Looking aside the smell and the moth eaten carpets. To be moved to a room that a) had no fridge whereca fridge was requested to store my medication, b) the shower wasntt draining making un hegying and impossible to use and full of mould bad for health and to topnit up no signal on tv or wifi or even been given a key. There fore i wont be paying. Pics to folow

The staff where friendly and polite

Was not worth the money that we paid for our stay, There was one wall had water damage, the bath was not cleaned and the bath panel was broken, and hanging off, mould in the bathroom around the window. The beds were not comfy at all. We all did not sleep well at all. There were empty pistacchio shells in one of the bedside draws. The bathroom sink was dirty and broken it was hanging off the wall. One of the beds had a stain on the sheet. When I complained about it, the staff did not even offer to come up and sort that out.

Last minute booking nearly a third in cost compared to larger hotels chains. Pretty much what I expected. Meet our needs.

Only two complaints, peas left on floor from previous guess (wouldn’t normally mind) but my partner has a serious nut allergy, fortunately was a 2mins clean up job. Secondly, all of the milks by the tea making stations had gone off and after asking at the front of house for more milk they took over an hour to supply us with 3 more mouldy milks.

Somewhere to park my car

Room was dated, burn marks in carpet, sink had stains in it so did the bedding. There was a dirty sock over the fire alarm not sure why. My daughter refused to stay.
