Nearby location for our Convention.

I admit, we arrived 2hrs earlier prior to the check in because of the timing of our convention plus the travel time. Luckily the caretaker given us a room for our luggage. There were some odor when we enter the room, the caretaker also put an empty pale because according to him the A/C is dripping with water, the Guest slippers were torn apart already, There’s no cable connection on the TV, We even ask also for Iron because in the amenities prior to our browsing it was included but to our dismay, it was not. We tried borrowing from the owner but according to the caretaker they’re not around because there’s a bereavement in the family. Upon leaving the room, I ask the other caretaker if they are going to transfer us to another room because I told them the situation of room and he said yes. But when we comeback he immediately told us that we can no longer moved because they gave the room to another guest. So we have no choice but to stay even if it’s not the room that we are expecting and according to their advertisement. We are usually staying for maximum of 4hrs only and we’re expecting for a very relaxing place to stay after the long hours of our convention. Also nobody ask our identity or even for the booking confirmation until our last day, nobody talked to us.

i absolutely loved my stay at JSK apartment for 13 nights. i would like to highlight how helpful the staffs were and very very friendly always with a smile on their face. the owner of the apartment is also very friendly person. i will definitely come back.

the property was fine you get what you paid for so dont expect much

after 10 they locked the property and it is unsafe of there is fire since there is no staff if you need to get out its hard to contact them too
