Beautiful property. Quiet location-away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet we were able to walk to many sights. The erin was spacious with a private bathroom.

Could not get out of the door to enter the property [before the building], I tried to book a room for two but it didn’t work and although I notified the owner beforehand to upgrade us to a room for two they didn’t (even though I informed them in good time that my mum would now be coming) and blamed us for not doing so so we had to sleep on their tiny single bed together with one towel. The keys to the building and the apartment door wouldn’t work properly only just managing to get in the building door but then having to bang on the apartment door until a nice lady opened up for us (despite having been in the shower) and sympathised with us at how the door was very hard to open

Very nice, comfortable room with bathroom in a quiet part of the city. Everything high quality and very clean.
Breakfast was not included, however a kettle or a coffee maker would be useful. The internet network was very week or enexisting.

I arrived late and the host was still available.
WiFI was free but the connection was not good everywhere in the room. I could connect only closed to the door.

Wonderful location, a green and quiet part of the city. The room is clean and very comfortable. The stuff is perfect. Bathroom is great!
We had some probems with the WiFi but it was fixed soon. Nothing else.

Very welcoming staff. Nice location and comfortable room. Simple but with everything you need for a short stay. Easy parking in the neighborhood.
No elevator, but that was clearly mentioned in the description. The walls are thin.

The room very clean and cosy
The neighbours upstairs very noisy late at night and very early in the morning (5 am!)

Not much!!!!
No staff. No off street parking. No breakfast--not even a kettle in the room. No maps to tell us where we were in relation to Parma, and too far from Parma for us to walk in 37 degree heat. No local restaurants of cafes, or even any help as to where to find local facilities. Sorry -- this wasn't for us, so instead of staying the full three nights, we left after just one.

Clean and comfortable location, no frills but no issues either. The facility was easily accessible (via stairs, no lift) and the host's instructions were clear. There was no issue in me coming late at night (after the regular check-in in the afternoon) as long as I respected the silence hours.
Wi-Fi signal was not exceptionally stable, and you could hear a little bit of noise from the other customers' rooms. There was no hand soap, but you could use the shower soap instead.

Had to wait 30 minutes for people to open doors for me before check in but I could check out 1 hour later so all good
