Location was excellent. Facilities were basic but very clean and comfortable.

Lack of power points near bed

Could not get wifi in the room

Just about everything else Shower and taps leaked Dirty dusty facilities, carpet, air con, and room was smelly Bed was uncomfortable

TV. Limited channels. Not tuned. Hot water was just a dribble. Also NO WIFI.

The Property was close to everything that we needed

In one of the rooms (number 3) the Heater was very noisy and the spa wasn’t working so we didn’t get to use that In room 15 the Heater wasn’t working well (it wasn’t blowing out well and kept turning off) the bathroom wasn’t clean the shower would spay everywhere and all over the toilet ) Room 4 same problem with the shower but the water itself the cold water wasn’t working so it was just hot showers

Mould covered shampoo / conditioner dispensers in shower. ( I actually took pics ) Mould bottom row of tiles in shower. Filthy basin taps with a ring of grime around the bottom of the tap where it meets the basin and filthy basin. Carpets were absolutely putrid and where the carpet meets the walls was just fluff and filth that had just been left as the person vacuuming clearly didn’t care. Filthy toaster and ripped couch with holes . The toilet seat was putrid and had disgusting stuff in the gap where loo seat meets the lid, despite the fact that it is easily accessible to clean and has clearly just been done so poorly I was so disgusted. Half a toilet roll, clearly left from the last guest. Reception was only interested in payment when I went to check in and I told them I had to take my bags into the room and get my purse out of my suitcase and then I will come back in to pay. He came to my room 5 minutes later and asked me to come back and pay even as he had to close reception, even though reception was suppose to be open until 8pm and they knew my arrival time. As a woman on her own in a town I had never been before I didn’t appreciate being approached in my room for payment and I made that known to him. I realise it wasn’t an expensive motel and as I had to leave at 7am the next morning for a meeting I just wanted something reasonable and close to where I had to go in the morning but that was just not even at a reasonable standard. I actually slept on top of the bed covers I was so grossed out by the place and it had some incense or something that had been sprayed and it was that strong it coated my mouth with whatever it was and was nauseating. Hated being there .
