Very comfortable and great pool and spa! Food was very good also.

Proprietor Fabienne was very welcoming and professional. Room and pool area were great. Quality of food was good.
Breakfast buffet at 20 Euros per person was expensive although our 4 year old was free. Menu for lunch and dinner was limited; I got the impression there may be kitchen issues with a temporary kitchen being used (although the food itself was good). The big issue for this property was the restaurant staff; sometimes farcical such as at dinner the food arriving before the drinks, also with breakfast from 7-10am if you arrived after 9am much of the buffet was gone and not restocked and the staff didn’t seem to realise they should set a table for guests - we actually ended up setting our own table on several occasions.

Perfect place, very beautiful, very cozy, clean, comfortable. Spa was great too and all guests can use it for free for one hour a day

I don't like anything about this hotel
The hotel was not clean at all, the staff is not friendly, the price of food is a bit expensive and not clean, and the location of the hotel is not close to anything.
Most of the time I saw spiders in the bathroom, and also the cleaning staff weren't cleaning the bathroom well every day.

Apart from the minor misunderstanding below, the staff was very polite and helpful. The pool was great and so were the other services. The airport shuttle provided was nice and saved a lot of time.
There was a minor misunderstanding between the number of guests as I was on a business trip and the booking was made through the company. We were not aware at check-in. Then two days later my partner went to reception to leave key for me and lady at the desk started asked quite offensively if my partner is me (it was obvious she's not) while waving with some paper in front of her face. This makes my partner uncomfortable. I do agree we should double check the number of guest as well, but still, room was already twin bed, it was obvious during check-in we are two and we didn't have the slightest problem with paying an extra fee for another person. I believe calm dialogue would be preferred way how to communicate such thing.

Separate toilet in room was dark and had peeling paint on the tiles!
Not enough milk in room to make a drink for both of us.
Service was slow in restaurant and drinks and food very expensive.

The pool and pool area was perfect.
Staff were very friendly and the cleaners were very good when cleaning the room although a few more tea bags would have been nice .
Room decor was tired and in need of updating . Wardrobe space was poor . Nowhere to hang dresses and even shirts were too long in the space provided . Toilet was very small and very dark . Improved lighting would help .
