Breakfast friendliness and location all superb

Jenny and Keith were the perfect hosts, so friendly and helpful. They were also brilliant with our two young sons. The location is great for walking to Lyndhurst High Street within a couple of mins. The breakfast was also superb, the sausages and bacon were top class and no request seemed too much for Jenny to accommodate.

Full english sausage black and overcooked, egg fatty and covered with black bits from the sausage. Shower small, cramped with inward spring loaded doors, which bit on exit. House to fussy and cluttered

Very comfortable, very clean, great quality sheets, bedding and towels. Hosts couldn’t have been kinder and more welcoming. Minutes away from the lovely town of Lyndhurst. We were lucky enough to see the turning on of the Christmas lights. Breakfast was fantastic. So many thoughtful touches for the children. We were so impressed with our stay here and will definitely be back if ever in the area again. Thank you!

The host owner was very attentive and available for questions. Location of the property was fantastic. We had two rooms on the top floor and it worked really well for us. Breakfast was great!

We had 2 rooms and they were very different. Once significantly smaller. The other was very big and with significantly more amenities. The price was almost the same. Overall, it worked out for us, as we spent all time in the big room together. However, I would be quite dissatisfied with the smaller room alone.

Jenny went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everywhere was sanitised for Covid and she showed us the short cut to the village centre and the local landmarks. Parking was excellent.

The Rosedale B&B is perfectly situated in the town centre while being very quiet. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and Jenny is a perfect host who makes the place very cheerful!

The breakfast was superb! Jenny was very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much bother. She had thought of everything we could need. For instance, there was 'real' milk in the fridge and pure water in bottles in the bedroom. The location was quiet, but also a stone's throw from the main town accessed through their back garden gate. We shall be returning if we are ever in the area again.

Excellent location, just off the High Street and near bus stops so excellent location for using public transport to explore the beautiful New Forest. Clean, comfortable accommodation with a lovely Host who provided all we needed plus lots of thoughtful extras. Very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfasts.

Exceptionally clean, close to town centre especially as Jenny and Keith let us nip through their rear garden an even quicker short cut 😊 wonderful tasty plentiful breakfast served by Jenny our friendly helpful host!

Location was perfect as I needed to work just down the road. Really appreciated being able to leave the car there for the next day so my husband could go walking in the Forest

Bathroom was clean and adequate although my husband found the shower rather small, he is 6’3! Bath towels were lovely and large, there were all the things you would expect to find eg shower cap, cotton pads, tissues, only the showeshampoo and body cream

Breakfast superb, location perfect. 2 minute walk into the village and close proximity to the new forest, Lymington short drive away.

Very quite house, warm owners who try to make your stay comfortable, amazing breakfast, location is 5 stars with a walking distance to center and restaurants. 20 mins from Peppa Pig World which was the main element of choice.

The bed was rather small for adults (my husband is tall), also we have a habit to sleep in super king at home so maybe this is the reason.
