Facilities to work and internet are terrible.

Good location. Up-to-date interior. Beautiful hotel from the outside too.

No iron, no coffee machine to boil myself a cup of hot water. I hope it was a mistake. It was my third time there. Last to times I did get these features in my room. It was quite clear the frontdesk agents I met last 2 visits were more fluent in English than the ones I met during this visit.

Very good hotel with service-minded staff. Nice, rich breakfast. Pool with astonishing view.

The wifi was very unstable in the room and we repeatedly lost the connection throughout our stay. This should not be the case for a hotel of this standard.

The place I stayed at was fairly poor. The room itself was okay but the bathroom a complete disaster. The toilet clogged twice in 2 days! The staff solved the issue quickly but the overall quality of the bathroom was very low. The price paid was not a promotional fare but the standard one. Still, very low quality.

Breakfast was great, they had a lot of options in the buffet and gloves were available for everyone to use. Bed was very comfortable and the rooftop pool views were wonderful. Location was great!

-- It took me more than 15 minutes to check in, and I was the first person in line. -- Breakfast is very basic, and the "hot" food was often cold. -- There are 25 floors of hotel rooms, but only 10 pool chairs, and no extra towels offered. -- There are only two small elevators for 30 floors, the most popular ones on the ground and top floors. Waiting for an elevator takes a long time. -- Even when I put on the "Clean" light, housekeeping wouldn't come until sometime after 4:30pm, if at all.
