Struttura che si appoggia sulla reception di un albergo nelle vicinanze (che offre una abbondante e buonissima colazione). Si viene accompagnati all'appartamento che si trova in una casa poco distante. Per un problema tecnico ci era stata fornita una camera piccola, che, il gestore ci ha modificato senza sovrapprezzo, unica pecca fosse una stanza fumatori. Per il resto la camera è basica, offre i servizi essenziali per una notte pre volo aereo. La colazione è molto completa (presso la struttura principale). Parcheggio interno (si scende una rampa). Ci sono le macchinette automatiche in loco per le bevande

Closeby to the Milan Malpensa airport by car. Note that reception is in another house, not very far though. Parking for cars inside the garden, not possible to park on the street.
It is outdated (and looks a bit dirty). Many things in the bathroom need repair. Also some towels were missing from our room - we had a room for 5 persons but towels only for 3.

Private parking was a nice + and good location was pleasant. Great proximity to restaurants and cafés at a walking distance. Proximity to Malpensa Airport.
There was NO fridge in our room. The sink outside the bathroom was not connected to anything either. Room service kept bringing 2 sets of towels although we were 3. And the room service stole one of my friends towel ??

close to the airport, efficient airport shuttle that really works. very clean! good air con. had a good night sleep despite the un-romantic appearance
VERY basic - no cups in the rooms even. you need to go to the sister hotel 5 min away to check in which isn’t clear on the booking information. this was a faff with 2 toddlers. not even a reception at giovanna. BUT what do you expect for the money? it was so cheap! staff spoke limited english but were actually really helpful and the shuttle was early and spacious. for a place to lay your head, 10 min from the airport before an early flight- fine!

The pictures don’t Show the reality and its way different than on the pictures. Also the personal at in the Lobby wasn‘t friendly.
