The location where you can enjoy and exclusive private beach and several pools. It also has a small Waterpark for the little ones.

Owner didn't let us get into the property until 3pm and we almost can not access the condominium because owner has to send an email to the front security. So if your flight arrives early in the morning this is not the right place for you, specially if you travel with kids. It also doesn't have towels for the beach, take your own ones.

EVERITHING. FOR SURE THE MOST DISAPPOINTING THING WAS THE ARROGANT, CARELESS, AND REGRETTABLE BEHAVIOR OF THE OWNER WHO WAS LITTERALY NOT ACCOMMODATING OF ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED BY ME TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE STAY

The host was less then helpless. She didn't show up or solved any of the problems I encountered on the apartment. Shower not working; dirty balcony; faucet in the kitchen spilling water; the balcony door was almost impossible to open; the air condition was not enough to serve the mezzanine area where the bed was located; not blackout on the glass door; poor and old kitchen and cooking tools; receptionists where useless, didn't speak any English and were lazy and unwilling to solve any issue. It was almost impossible to communicate with the property owner, Greta, who almost never answered the phone or the messages, showing not knowledge of the hospitality business. The whole thing was a disaster.

the studio was for 4 Petrona but Barry equipped for 2 no contact with the owner n no contact with the owner, dirty and in bad state kitchen appliances ..not enough y chairs

The complex and beach is nice

Gretta the owner was not nice and didn't risponse my problem. Towels were old and shower was dirty alot of mosquitos smell in bedroom was bad we didn't take a shower. The owner charge me much more then it says on Booking reservation ,I had to cancel my card as I was afraid she will use it as she charged me an amount much bigger then it was. When you arrive they charg you 10$ to use the pool and enter the place and it was not mentioned on the reservstion, the gym is for the use of the owner only and it was not mention on the page as well. The owner change us to other apartment that has bugs in bed . We left a day earlier and she didn't agree for any refund eventhough we suffered so much. Don't make a mistake and choose other property at this complex as place itself was nice.

Location

The Fan did not work. AC leaked and did not get fixed. We had to live in the heat. Upholstery was torn and did not get replaced by them. Not a good experience overall.

Initial room was nice and in good location

My reservation was not logged with security delaying check in, AC didn't work at 1st room and no response from host on requested crib, after I confirmed Ac didn't work I requested from security ( only poc available after 5 although office maybe closed before advertised time) help, I was shown a second unit. After my baby was put to bed for the night I discovered mice/rat droppings all over the unit. No response then and again by host in AM so I had to find, pay, and move again to a 2nd hotel. In late PM host replied and wanted to show me a 3rd unit while was aware by her cleaning lady whom I told I'm leaving as refuse to stay in these conditions. Host then later that day and original check out date refused to refund both or even 1 night.

The waterpark

Greta the administrator of the apartment it's a really unpleasant person, she never told us why they charge us more that what booking say on the first place. Also she never let us in the perimeters before 3pm and we asked for check in at 10 am and they never told us it was an extra charge for it until we where there. The room was really hot and smell bad. Also the air conditioning was not very good. The kitchen doesn't have ventilation so when you cooked you get the apartment fill with smoke and just smell like food. We don't recommend this owner or administration person GRETA cause she was really mean and didn't ever solve us any problem .

Worst place ever. This property is run as a scam. Stay safe booking elsewhere. You have to pay in order to enter the compound where the property is located but they only inform you about this once you have paid for your stay. You won't be able to complain about anything once you have paid as booking does not care and the property is an apartment and no one will be there to show you in.

Communication with owner was terrible.He no reply on any message since he's get money from us.You can't buy wifi.There is not wifi! is private and lock. Broken shower.

The Air conditioning doesn’t work and my family and I spend 2 really hot nights! Very unpleasant!

Property was a complex of private owners, staff were great and friendly, beaches were beautiful and beach facilities good

When I booked this it was mentioned in the description on booking.com that there was a gym, which indeed there was, but it was apparently for owners only. The room on the complex is privately owned and we asked the owner if she could arrange for permission to use it especially as we had booked here specifically because of this but although she said she sent an email I knew she wasn't really interested, and when we arrived we had to contact her for the key code for entry which meant we were hanging around outside with our luggage for ages. the facilities were poor minimal facilities in the kitchen like camping out really. Also it was at the end of a road and a long trip to other places. As far as I'm concerned the owner was only interested in the money and had no care for her guests as she stopped replying to my messages on WhatsApp despite the fact that I could see she was online. In the end it was so bad for us I booked extra days at the next property and took the financial hit in my opinion DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

The apartment is in a resort complex, with swimming pools, on the beach. The apartment is clean, spacious. The apartment is with sea view, the Caribbean Sea. Superb view. Very good communication with the owner.

The restaurant of the resort is not good, the food is not good, is very expenses. Rating 1 . The resort is 13 km from the town, where you can find many restaurants.

Its a awesome place where everybody can relax! We love it. We will come back!
