Affordable Luxury - Newly Renovated
Une maison individuelle fraîchement modernisée dans la partie est dynamique de la ville de Christchurch. Situé à seulement 10 minutes de la ville (quartier central des affaires) et à 20 minutes de l'aéroport international. Il y a un café local ainsi qu'un magasin de fruits et légumes frais à côté d'un magasin de bouteilles à 2 minutes à pied. De l'autre côté de la route se trouvent le marae national Nga Hau E Wha et l'expérience maori He Tangata pour s'immerger dans la culture. Cette maison autonome a un accès facile à tout ce que la ville a à offrir à 20 minutes en voiture.

Nice property bit confusing as to 3 red bedroom online and futon beds not very comfortable
Shower great needs bit of work and door would be better than a curtain
Location for us was good very noisy and busy road but no one can fix that
House rating 4 out of 5 could have been 5 if futon beds were good singles

We really enjoyed staying here. We stayed in the middle of winter and the central heating kept us warm and cosy. It’s a really lovely and welcoming house.

We had a great stay at the house. Property has been recently renovated so everything was fairly new. We loved the breakfast and the pears from the tree outside were delicious. The sofa bed in the extra room was just perfect and my son commented "he had the best sleep ever" Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We will, no doubt, return in the future.
