Excelente todo, hasta me acomodaron otros 2 días que no tenía reservados.

El jugo y la piña, estaban muy ácidos.

Great early breakfast with wide assortment of food. Very nice rooftop pool. Nice area with many restaurants.

The rooftop pool and jacuzzi

Beds are not comfortable, i book 2 queen size bed and they were absolutely NOT queen size beds, it was a full bed size, wrong info on this website. The bed was too hard and cushions wasn’t comfortable neither. We were 3 in the room and everytime i had to call reception to bring 1 more towel, they only leave 2 behind.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They were 2000% courtesy and polite... we love them for that

The shake.. we felt a shake up on the 9 floor, even in those moments the crew were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The building is well maintained, the attention is very good, the heated pool, the jacuzzi is hot, the Spa area is very clean, a small but practical gym, the breakfast is good, but they can vary it a little more.

The terrace is super spectacular, Jacuzzi area on top of the building the best views of the city. All services provided. also Location is very useful near to shopping malls, restaurants, anything you need is there. Also the room were big, a lot of space really nice experience!

The pool was very cloudy everyday

My wife wasn't feeling good. She looked pale and needed to lie down. We arrived before 3pm but the counter people took care of us but letting us in the room early. Thank you.

The spa had two girls in it. One running the desk and one dressed like a professional massage person. They showed me the massage packages available and I thought the prices were a little high but decided to go ahead and schedule. But then they said they had no openings on Sunday. They were booking for the following day. We would be gone by then. If two people are standing around doing nothing. You would think they would hussle up some business. And make the time .

it was a pleasant stay perfect location and the staff were great and accommodating when I return I certainly will be staying in the same location
