Distance from beach and shoplot. Easy to find food

- facility about to run down. Heater almost cair, never changed - Arrived there at 4 pm, awaited at counter almost 10 minutes, no receptionist. After a while, kluar makcik kaunter said that bilik wasnt ready. - before booked this hotel, theres no family room available. So we booked deluxe according to biggest size memandangkan theres no family room - mak cik kaunter told us that room wasnt ready yet however she already offered us family room that also didnt ready, claimed that she will give us discount. And if we dont want the family room, she can give us side to side room which also not ready - she told us that her cleaner mc for today, only 1 person left which is nothing to do with us - she also fine us with Rm30 per head because we come with 4 adult and kids - we feel bad and didnot want to argue so we agree with the deal. - at night she offered us family room at 9pm, for free but we did not want the room because my kids already tired to pack things and move to other room -this afternoon, when we r ready to check out at 11.30 am, she keep on provoking us. She wants the reason why we did not want to move.She said that with annoyed face. My mood is spoiled already on the second we arrived and thats it i will never come back to Ombak In anymore

Номера нуждаются в косметическом ремонте и в обновлении мебели. Душевая стойка не удобная и не имеет надежной фиксации.

- I BOOKED DIFF ROOM (FAMILY SUITE ROOM FOR 2ROOM) BUT END UP THEY GAVE ME DIFF ROOM (SINGLE ROOM WITH QUEEN BED AND ATTACHED TO THE OTHER ROOM). - EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM IS NOT COMPLETED AND YOU NEED TO ASK FOR THE ITEMS- LIKE KETTLES/SEJADAH/CUP /SPOON/ TV- NOT FUNCTIONING AS LONG AS THE FRIDGE TOO. - NOT PROVIDED US ANY INSTANT COFFEE/MILO, ETC (YOU NEED TO BUY IT BY YOURSELF) -IF YOU CAME WITH THE NO OF PEOPLES BELOW THAN 10, JUST FORGET ABOUT THE BREAKFAST -THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED YOU BREAKFAST TOO. - WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING AND QUESTION TO ASK, THE OWNER OR STAFF NOT IN THEIR POSITION TO HELP AND SERVE YOU (RECEPTION COUNTER)

This was by far the best room we have stayed in so far in Malaysia, the chalet number 17 was amazing, mini fridge, kettle large comfy bed. Nice tiled floor was immaculate. Drying rack, & comfy outside chairs. The staff were polite and engaging, gave some good information about the area. Great stay thank you. This was the first of many places we have stayed that actually gave you what you had booked & more.

The location is very strategic, walking distance to the beach, restaurant & chocolate shop. Water running so fast yet very easy to remove the sand that stick to the swimming suit

TV have no channel/ signal in room 5, the plug socket for the jug kettle was unreachable since the wire was way too short.
