Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the stay. Parking was bit hassle but we got the parking place all the time.

The pillows were too thick. It may be OK for few but we are used to with thinner Pillow and was hard to fall sleep with thick pillows. May be couple thin or medium pillow can be available for option. That will be great.

location was great, pool was enjoyable, beds were comfortable, slept great. check in/out was effortless.

just one night ended up costing 400 dollars cause of a 140$ cleaning fee which i didn't see when making the reservation. i don't know if that was my bad, or a surprise charge. i don't oppose the fee i might have reconsidered just taking one day had i known about the fee. But i have nothing bad to say about the unit or the resort i would love to go back.

The location was ideal- within walking distance of Canmore. Spacious and comfortable

The living room blinds were broken and couldn’t be closed as were one set of blinds in the bedroom. Several cups and mugs had chips in them.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Very clean. Sheets were soft not scratchy. We did not use the fireplaces as we only stayed one night.

Everything was great and better than expected. Noise from neighbors in nearby condo units but all was quiet after 10pm.

It was nice, roomy, came in cheaper then a hotel when booked at the last minute. Walking distance to downtown. Lots of underground parking. Helpful custodian on the phone as this was our first time with this type of booking.

Bedrooms could have room darkening shades, both had window treatments but one wasn't dark enough and the the other had blinds that didn't work.

The beds were very comfy

The rude tenants above me covering our balcony with champagne and their screen door almost landing on us sitting out there.

I like that we had a view of the mountains, the underground parking, ease of accessing suite with the codes, the hot tub was enormous and had little offshoots for sitting with the people you know.

cleaner areas by elevators, hallways - they did end up cleaning them before we left but it does make a first hmmmm opinion upon arrival. condo was very clean.

The location was perfect for our needs. The beds and pillows were great, parking was close and safe, the condo had everything someone would need for a longer stay with no problem. We only stayed the one night so didn’t use very much of the amenities.

We enjoyed the size of the suite and the quiet location. Amazing views of the mountains. Well appointed suite. Perfect for our family getaway.

Our favorite stay to date in Canmore. We loved the layout of this condo. The kids had a blast in the pool and the wife and I loved the balcony. Renting company helped us out with a later check out as well.

Couldn’t figure out the oven. Had to hunt for the washroom exhaust fan switch. Some instructions would be helpful.

Could use some measuring spoons and some more kitchen cupboard space for longer stats.
