Great location for a weekend get away in Leavenworth. Lovely balcony that gets a good amount of sun in the spring so it's nice to be able to sit outside. The pool closest to the condo was not yet open for the season but we were welcome to use the pool and hot tub near the resort building. We had to pick up a parking pass from the front desk of the resort and the front desk worker was very helpful and nice. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave available in the room. It also appears as this unit is connected to the one next door so if you needed more space, that option is likely available.
The unit offers a Keurig coffee maker but not K-cups. So, make sure you bring those. The posting I saw did mention to bring your own coffee but I brought filters and ground coffee expecting a coffee maker or kettle. Also, there is no lotion provided so don't arrive expecting that. You will get nice Dove shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap just no body lotion if that's not something you regularly travel with. The jetted tub is nice but there are only 2 "large" towels and they are not ideal for an average sized American. Would be nice to have a slightly larger towel or at least 1-2 more so if someone in the party needs to use one for hair, it is an option.

Lots to do
We could hear everything from the next door room. Every word spoke, the tv, the smoke alarm going off, it was terribly loud and made it very hard to sleep. I’m sure the neighbors were not even being all that loud. It was just paper thin walls.

Wasn’t as big as the other room that didn’t have a jacuzzi. The other rooms had full kitchens

Outdoor amenities were good, we liked being able to use the hot tub and basketball court
No extra towels in the private units, sheets were scratchy, no body wash or lotion, no coffee for the coffee maker in the room.. only filters.

I loved the actual property, just not the hidden fees
We booked this property expecting to spend about $300. SURPRISE, when we got home we were charged ANOTHER $300 IN FEES AND TAXES. If they had been upfront about this that would be one thing. But we didn’t see these fees until AFTER we checked out.

I liked how open and family-oriented the grounds were.
The bed was incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable, and the room never seemed to maintain a temperature, even with AC being on (when it decided to work consistently.) Our room adjoined another and the family next to our room was incredibly loud most of the time.

Address given by web site and host was WRONG!!! Once phone number for the resort was discovered the receptionist gave absolutely the wrong directions!!!! A call to booking.com was a disaster as person didn't have the "authority" to give us the phone number of the resort and then left us hanging on hold for 10 minutes while she tried to obtain authorization. I hung up. By the way, the phone number is on the resort website. This all took 40 minutes.
Also, kitchenette was very inaccurately represented on promo material. To top it all off, the power blew when we tried to use the microwave and the hot pot at the same time. Maintenance did respond in a reasonable time even though receptionist told us there was no maintenance that morning!!!

Location, beautiful surroundings, balcony, big bathroom, super nice microwave, tea/coffee set up.
Broken lamp in the room, malfunctioning shades, no TV guide, tiny mini fridge froze our food solid.
