Beim Frühstück lagen alle Marmeladen, Butter usw. in Einzelpackungen aus Plastik, da ich den unnötigen Müll vermeide, finde es ist eine Verschwendung und sehr schade.

Traditional build Canary house / hotel with courtyard in superb condition, despite being in the historical center it is super quiet and simply a perfect gem. Breakfast was amazing, service flexibility of staff were TOP! I be back here for sure.

I can't think of anything negative besides that I didn't see it before ;-)

Despite messaging the property in advance of arrival the place was locked up. Another couple also locked out, waited 30 minutes in the cold and left. Not an hotel

Beautiful old Tenerife style hotel with lots of wood features. The setting was beautiful with little court yard and outdoor sitting area. Location is good in the heart of the old town.

The room appeared tired , although decorated nicely it was very dark with visible cracks in the walls. We seemed to have the whole place to ourselves as the only person we saw was at check in. Breakfast was included in rate however did not start until 9am so we missed it as we had to get back to the airport for 11am. Despite the quirky features it lacked atmosphere as no one was there. Icod de Los Vinos itself was dead at night with little or no restaurants open, perhaps it was because it was a Monday evening. The room was expensive for what it offered. The shower overflowed onto the floor causing it to flood so be careful as it is tiled so can be very slippy. There is a drinks fridge which is extremely overpriced. I have marked it fairly low due to the lack of facilities as this little hotel could have potential.

Only thing that let our stay down was a fiesta until 3.30 in the morning that was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Perhaps the hotel could tell us before hand? However the room and breakfast were excellent.

This hotel is sooo beautiful and has a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was wonderful to stay there. We felt very welcome, the room was perfect, the staff super nice and friendly. I´m glad I found this place and am very happy to recommend it!

V pretty converted manor house hotel in great central location with lovely views across valley. Lovely staff so helpful. Room spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

the location is great, very central. the property is full of character, room was a good size and comfortable. check in was quick, Roberto was very friendly and so helpful, loved the garden area. A really good variety of choice for breakfast and served in the lovely courtyard. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very special place. Original old furtniture. Extremely large room, comfy bed. Superb breakfast and stuff was super nice ! Nothing to fault, would recomend to absolutely everyone for sure.

the room was dark and the double bed was a small and not such a comfortable mattress. bathroom noisy as there was no separation.

This hotel has a great deal to recommend it. It's in a delightful old building that has been lovingly looked after, with shining woodwork everywhere and generously proportioned bedrooms (as well as extensive public rooms). However, it would be wrong to suggest that it's all old-fashioned: the TV was hi-spec and the wifi functioned very well. The breakfast too was excellent, with great choice. All in all, it probably the best of the four places we stayed in during a recent visit to Tenerife. Highly recommended.

Liked everything - great location - city center, bus station, shops cafes - 10 min away. Though everything is close, but there is silence and calm in the room. Good and pleasant service, (printed tickets for the flight) wonderful balcony where you can drink coffee and wine, great interior, wonderful breakfast.

No pool, hehe :)
