Everything was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful. We enjoyed fishing and sitting in the hot tub. The outdoor kitchen came in handy. Over all everything was great. The only complaint I have is the roads are so bad getting to the cabin, potholes are all over the road. Make sure you do not drive a nice car are sports car,

Related to the property only. it was fantastic location, the private fishing dock was great the views, listed amenities were all great if they were in working order. The staff that cleaned were not acceptable in preparing the property after previous renters.

Was disappounted the childrens climbing thing with slides was not there as advertised. Nor was the outside ladder game. Loved fishing dock. Inside was very nice but outside furniture was very soiled and torned. Liked our stay there.

As our family grows, kids, grandkids, great grandkids. We all move away from the nest to make our own family. We don’t live together anymore. Going on vacations together and having a place for us to be together under the same roof is the best way to go. We had 4 generations together at once. It was a blessing and beautiful place. Our great grandson (age 4) caught his first fish in your pond. Thank you for sharing your home.

Everything was perfect. The kids loved the pond. Outdoor area was great for watching basketball. We were able to watch the eclipse from the side yard.

We had a house full here and this property had everything we needed. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the amenities of the cabin. The outdoor space, the fire pit, the fishing off the dock, etc. The only thing we missed was the swing set that was in the pictures, it wasn’t there anymore. The two air mattress that they provided have leaks in them but we seen that in previous reviews so we made sure we brought our own.

The property is very nice. The house was perfect for our family. The grounds were nice. The playground equipment (slide) was broken but the swings worked. You are close to other houses and will hear them and they will hear you! Be careful when driving in and out because the pot holes are massive. Drive slow!
We enjoyed fishing off the dock. The fish really bite when the sun is going down.
I think the outside kitchen/TV/Fireplace was my favorite spot!!

What a great place! Step off the porch and onto the private fishing dock. The kids had an amazing time inside and out! We spent our late nights playing pool and shuffleboard. The kitchen was equipped better than most cabins we have stayed in. A variety of small appliances and pleny of place settings for the 8 people we brought. No shortage of towels for the bathrooms or the hottub.

It was a beautiful cabin. Family enjoyed the stay. Wish we would've stayed another night. The pond is stocked! Lost 3 big bass on my line. Morning time is the best to fish! The rooms fit the family very well. Made great use of the outside cooking! Thank you for the awesome stay!

Great Cabin Experience- Superb Location - Invest in new Hot Tub
Amazing location and cabin was delightful. Would leave 5 star review but a few appliances need to be updated. Oven did not work, fire alarm kept beeping non stop in master suite, and the Hot tub was quaint but really only suitable for 4 people (this is a 4 bedroom cabin, needs at least 8 person hot tub). Would stay again, especially if Hot tub was upgraded and the fishing pond was stocked for fishing. Hosts were excellent!

Having our children & grandchild Christmas at a cabin away from home is one of the most cherish memories we will always have with them. Kids enjoyed the dock to fish off of & all of the games provided at the cabin.

Awesome family experience
We had 8 adults and 8 kids for a two night stay. We had everything we needed. Bought groceries and cooked each meal. The kids never ran out of fun things to do. (Pool table, shuffle board, video games, fishing, etc..) Our only regret was not booking a longer stay! This is a beautiful cabin with lots of pride of ownership.

BEST Easter Trip
Two families stayed here, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful inside & out, even had stairs leading all the way to the fishing dock. We spent many, many hours on the fishing dock (dusk seems to be the best time to catch fish) - caught so much fish!! The fire pit was very nice as well and starter firewood was generously provided. We also spent many hours upstairs in the game room by everyone, young and old. Had trouble starting the chimney, so someone came out to help us when we called management. Overall, the best Easter trip!!

Clean and beautiful
Cabin was exactly as pictured upon arrival. Easy access and close to the “main strip”. We had a couple issues that we called and left a message about and never received a phone back. The next morning I called and spoke with someone in maintenance about ALL 3 of the Queen blow up beds having holes in them. There was no bedding for them even if we could get them blown up. There was one twin fitted sheet and 1 full flare sheet. Also told him we could not light the fireplace in the patio. He said “ok” like it would be fixed. After we got back from hiking nothing had been fixed and it was after hours when you call the number. We decided to go to Walmart in Broken Bow and purchase our own blow up mattress and bedding so the few didn’t have to sleep on the recliners again. We really would have liked to have the fireplace on the patio since it was chilly outside. The description says it sleeps 16 but it obviously doesn’t.

Great Cabin - Issues Need to Be Fixed
Let me start by stating we love the cabin and location itself. However, for the price per night you expect certain things. First, we did not have enough bath towels to accommodate the number of people the cabin states it can sleep. Hand towels and wash clothes were even fewer. We contacted whom ever is servicing the cabin but nothing so we had to constantly wash towels so people could take a bath. They did promptly resolve an issue with a lack of propane for the grill and assisted us with lighting the outdoor fireplace. Unfortunately the outdoor fireplace has an issue that could not be resolved with a thermal coupler and causes it to turn off after about 10-15 min of use. Lastly, we requested more toilet paper and was told there was a shortage and they could only buy so much at a time. So we had to leave and go to the store to buy our own toilet paper. This alone is utterly ridiculous when you are spending a very good money a night for a place to stay! While the cabin itself is great, they need to do a better job ensuring guest have what they need for the total number of people staying and for the duration of their stay!

My impression.
Overall very pleased with property. If I would have a complaint it would be the kitchen cookware. No large pot for cooking noodles, cookie sheets looked to be 100 years old. In general kitchen cookware looked like the "owners" took everything from personal residence and put in the rental and purchased all new for themselves. Hard to believe it was anything else based on premise that it was a "new" property.

We had a wonderful time but the pool table bumpers were broke, the wire lines on the darts was broke, the shuffleboard was out of level and a minor nick in it. We love the games so this was a little disappointing, but we still had a great time.

Overall we had a fantastic stay. It is a beautiful place that was nice and clean. There were a couple of things though that at the price point of the house should have been addressed. One of the bikes was not functional and both the propane tanks for grill were empty.

Refrigerator would not cool properly, two of the televisions cable did not worked (we were meeting family for a college football game) andthe hot tub had a small leak. The property needs some minor updates: the bedding is quite worn with no extra blankets. The beds are pretty soft and one upstairs sags. Rugs are torn and dirty. Bring your own hangers, none provided. I believe most of these issues should have been caught by the property management company. Houses are close to together and the noise from the other homes can be quite loud. After, a few trips to Walmart for crib and ice, keeping milk and perishables cool in ice chests, we settled in for fun weekend with my family. It is a nice house in a good location.

All inclusive
We brought our own food and didn’t leave the cabin all week. So much to do!! Our daughter caught 20 fish! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, shuffle board, pool table, dart board & video table. Dining at one table and making crafts at the other...so many memories made for a lifetime. We laughed until we cried. It’s not a cheap get a way but it’s a memorable one.
